I highly recommend this company and would not use any other. We have called on them on two separate occasions and in both cases the technician was punctual, courteous, and efficient and our problems were resolved quickly. In both cases, the charge for the job was reasonable, and the removal job was handled humanely.

Triangle Wildlife Removal arrived within an hour of first contacting them. We were impressed with how knowledgable Ben was. Not only did he know about the habits of the squirrels, but how the roof and house was made and educated us on how to prevent future issues. More than impressed. Highly recommended.

Very well! Response to my requests were handled promptly and the work was done to my satisfaction. All the critters were removed and any spots where they could gain access to the attic were sealed. Any outdoor traps were set and monitored by the technicians without me needed to request it. Excellent service and I will hire again the next time a denizen of the forest decides to take up nesting in my home

the job went extremely well. the service was delivered in a very professional & friendly manor. I recommend them and would use them again if the need should arise.

During the inspection to sell the house, inspectors found a bat nesting in the gable. They came out and removed the bat quickly, and fixed the gable to prevent further nesting. My wife dealt with them and said they were courteous and fast.

They ended up removing 2 squirrels and then repaired the hole and the damage the squirrels had done to the siding

People were very nice. Checked humane traps every day and repaired hole through which animal was climbing.

Their man showed up on time, was thorough, polite and got the job done!

Excellent. Pat came out a couple weeks ago and treated the house, but with all the rain, the ants came back to one spot. Ross came out today and treated outside the house where there was a crack in the brick and ants were nesting. He treated it then sprayed both inside the crack and around the foundation. Super nice guy!

We called Triangle Wildlife Removal & Pest Control on the recommendation of our neighbor, and we are very happy with the service provided. The technician arrived at the time scheduled and inspected the garage, house perimeter, and the crawl space. No termites were found, but we definitely had a bee's nest. He treated the nest and sprayed the perimeter of the house to remedy the ants. He also informed me of their annual maintenance plans for bugs and of the separate plan for termites. It was not a hard sell, just information. I will call again for any further pest (or wildlife!) needs.

Good overall; the price to put in 4 screen's and remove a little guano seemed high, but this company was half the price of another company I got a quote from. The gentleman was very polite, worked quickly and did quality work; would definitely use them again.

Always come on time, courteous and professional. I wouldn't think of changing services. Regardless of what pest I have they go above and beyond to take care of the problem. With the mice they were under the crawl space looking for holes and continuing to bait traps until all were gone. This is the second time in 10 years this has happened and they had multiple trips to take care of the problem.

What a fantastic owner and business. Called on a weekend for help with raccoon problem. Showed up right on time. Clear price and very informational about the various options for responding to the problem. Not only was Tad (and his business) super efficient, knowledgeable, and able to solve the problem, it was clear that there was a genuine concern for the well being of the animals. They went way above and beyond the call of duty. And the fact that someone is able to run a successful business but also maintain the right philosophy about taking care with the animals restores your faith in humanity. He arrived promptly and went up into the attic area. He found a dead raccoon and removed it as well as some surrounding material. The situation was quite bad and involved him having to crawl down into an area that was not easily accessible. Once the carcass was removed, he sprayed down the area and showed me how the raccoon had entered. He also checked to make sure there were no other entry points. He did an excellent job under difficult conditions. I would highly recommend this company.

Ross came out and did a thorough inspection of attic and crawl space and determined bait traps put out by a previous company were not located near enough to where the issues were occurring. He relocated the traps and 3 days later the problem was solved. I had been dealing with another company for four months without results and Ross comes in and immediately figured out the problem and treatment. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and respectful of my age. He very patiently educated me and explained how to detect the problem and what to do in the future. He was never critical of the company I had been using which earned my respect. As soon as my contract runs out with the other company I WILL be changing to Triangle. I can't say enough nice things about Ross and how patient he was with me and really took his time to be thorough and explain everything to me.

My wife told that they were very nice. They were very quick. They pretty much did everything they could to get it settled out and they put a cap on the top. I couldn’t have asked much more. It was $200 to get the squirrel out and put a cap on the chimney. I didn’t really get quotes but their price seemed reasonable.

CH was great to work with and if I was dealing directly with him I would hire again. Unfortunately he doesn't own the company so I cant recommend this place. I went with this company because I thought this guy knew what he was talking about and already had a bad experience with an inspector after recently closing on a house and finding that there was over an inch of guano in my attic and bat activity that I was told was cleaned and removed but wasn't. I hired this company to clean up the work. I worked in the pest control industry before while finishing up College, and have to say I have never been treated or treated others the way this man treated me. I am not going to point out every single thing that was said to me but it was the most unprofessional vendor I have EVER dealt with. This company was hired to clean up my inspectors mess yet after he spoke several times to the inspector I guess he decided the inspector was right and I " was too needy" If you are going to hire please make sure to get an invoice and a written quote. I cant stress that enough that way there are no questions. also look at his response to what I wrote , what professional vendor would write that about a customer even if "they where a nightmare" Good business practice and totally dramatized. Who counts their calls? Maybe if you picked up the phone half the time or responded to emails about a written invoice that number wouldn't be 8. Looks like you did that to someone else that left a review on here as well. Oh and don't dare bring up orkin or other pest control companies and what they say to this guy he will have a hissy fit. You want good service check out home team or Orkin. And I'm sure the people I leave great reviews for would disagree with your comments. I'm honest in my reviews if you do a good job I'll give you an amazing review if you don't, well this is the type of review you get.

I heard noises coming from the attic on a Saturday morning. I sent in a request for service on AL and the owner called me on Sunday to set up the appointment. Justin arrived exactly at the appointment time. We explained the noises we were hearing and he proceeded to check the house. What impressed me was how thorough he was. There was an obvious entry/exit hole under one of the eaves, but he didn't make any assumptions or rush to any conclusions until he thoroughly checked out the house. Since we have a two-story home, that involved using a tall ladder to check all the way around the exterior of the house as well as the attic. By doing this, he found a second, much smaller access point at a gap between the gutter and the roof which was actually the primary access point for the grey squirrel that had decided to move into our attic. He removed the now deceased squirrel, blocked off all the access points, and thoroughly explained everything. He was polite and professional and I thought the $145.00 fee was very reasonable. I couldn't be more satisfied! I highly recommend Triangle Wildlife and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone!

We were not having much luck getting rid of the ants on our own. Ross came out and used a special glue in the cracks of our electrical outlets, at the seams of our hardwood floors and by the window. He also spent some time analyzing the movement of the ants outside our home to determine the best placement for treatment. He did a great job and the ants were quickly eradicated. They guarantee their work, but they never have to come back. They arrived on time (or maybe a bit early) and called when they were on their way. I appreciate that. When I first called and left a message, I got a return call within about 20 minutes. I appreciate their promptness.

They called me as soon as they got my message. Scheduled an appointment for the following day. Derrick showed up on time and explained what he found and what he would recommend to be done. He easily could have charged me more because he knew I was worried about the mess the bats had left, but he said the mess wasn't that bad, so no cleanup necessary. Awesome company.

We have had bats roosting in the attic vents for several years. Always on the outside though. I found a dead baby bat on the floor next to the area. I called several wildlife removal/exterminator types including our normal exterminator who does our pest inspections. He didn't have a ladder tall enough to reach. Triangle Wildlife gave me a quote over the phone b/c he does work in our neighborhood. It was definitely more reasonable than the others who wanted to come out and charge me an inspection fee. I knew by then what I wanted so he could do it over the phone without the inspection fee. He ended up putting up an "one-way" door to let existing bats out of the two louvered vents. He came back one week later to close them up. He also screened up 3 other vents to keep the bats from setting up shop there. The day after he came there was a bat on the inside I suspect got in from whole we never found. They came out and checked the attic-- but the bat was gone and never been seen since. They did not charge me since. They told me they will come out and take care of anymore bats in the attic without charging me and said they stand behind there work if there are any problems. Also, they put up a bat house 20 feet or so into a suitable tree in the backyard and did not charge me extra. Everyone at their company was nice and polite. They left no mess. There was no cursing or spitting or tobacco chewing.

Derek arrived on time actually early and was extremely professional. He went to work and provided me with news that he saw mice activity and no sign of squirrel or other animal, which was the good news. He then further explained steps he could take which I agreed to. So $185 included service call of $85 and other work including traps for $100. I found them to be professional and honest in their dealings.
