 + -1 moreI called Triangle Wildlife Removal on a Thursday afternoon because I heard something in my dryer vent. They arrived the very next day to inspect everything. At the time, we thought whatever had been in the vent had left because we didn't see or hear anything even when turning on the dryer. They suspected that a gray squirrel was attempting to build a nest, so they installed a wire mesh screen over the dryer vent exhaust and instructed me to call them if I heard anything else. That night I heard something in the vent all night long, and I called them immediately the next morning because I was afraid something was trapped in the vent. They were very responsive and came out within an hour of my call. We had indeed trapped something in the dryer vent when we blocked off the exhaust: a family of flying squirrels! They quickly removed the mother and four little babies (so adorable). They were taken to a wildlife rehabilitation center. The animals were not harmed, other than the mother being very hungry and thirsty from being trapped in the dryer vent all night long. However, they immediately fed her some peanut butter and apple after capturing her. I would definitely use them again. They were great, and they didn't harm the animals. As an animal lover, this was very important to me.

 + 0 moreWhen we first called, concerning some noises in our chimney, the representative told us that we probably had chimney swifts, and to call back later in the summer when they had moved on. Apparently the birds could not legally be removed, but would leave on their own later on. We were not charged for this advice; we discussed the problem over the phone instead of the company sending someone to our house and saying there was nothing they could do at that time. Later, when the birds had gone, Triangle Wildlife capped our chimney. We are totally pleased with their service.
Description of Work: We had chimney swifts, and hired Triangle Wildlife Removal to cap our chimney to prevent their return.
