 + -1 moreThey do a really through job I do like them alot. They did break an ashtray but it's was kind of like they were just a little not watching. So other than that it's been a good experience. They are a little expensive but they do a good job.

 + -1 moreKaren and her team are always on time and always very cheerful. They immediately come in - each person in the team is assigned a different area of the house/task. They do this every three weeks and have for over 10 years. They don't hesitate to ask questions if necessary and Karen (team leader) will often go above and beyond - things like vacuuming the screened room for cobwebs or vacuuming the large area rug in the garage in front of the steps heading to the house. I always know that the job will be done right.
Description of Work: Every three weeks, the Blue #3 team cleans my entire house. Dusting, vacuuming, cleaning floors (kitchen, bathrooms, first floor hardwoods), cleaning the kitchen (counter tops, appliance fronts, sinks, stove top), and cleaning the 3.5 bathrooms (floors, sink, counter top, shower/tub. They also take out the garbage, replace the garbage compactor bag, and empty all small garbage cans throughout the house. They have made the beds and folded clean clothes.

 + -1 moreIt is a franchise. I spent $180 the last time they came out. They are very kind to young children. They are very friendly and very thorough. They do high-quality work. Their prices are great for the work that they do. I will continue using them in the future.

 + -1 moreThey came into my home and broke valuable antiques even after being told not to touch them. It's less the money involved than it is the hurtful destruction of a loving gift from my mother.
Description of Work: I have used this cleaning service for 9 months. I have had issues with spotty cleaning under edges of kitchen cabinets, leaving pictures askew on the walls, rarely replacing items after dusting, leaving dirty cloths and cleaning supplies, etc. However the worst was several months ago they tried to dust some shelves holding some antique dishes and knocked them off smashing many of them. As a concession they gave me one free cleaning, not much when you consider that the items were a complete antique tea set given me by my mother 60 years ago. I told them to never touch them again, that I would take care of dusting that area. Today I went home after their cleaning and found that they had done it again: more of the antiques were broken! They have effectively ruined a very precious memory that I have from my quite elderly mother. I will be terminating their services. One incident can be forgiven, but not a second when they have been told not to touch something valuable.
