Fantastic cleaning by the Blue Team led by Maria! Every surface is gleaming and every corner is free of every speck of dust. My house looks like a brand new house! Six months ago, I had emergency open heart surgery. I was only able to do the basics when I could clean again. My house got worse and worse until it got beyond me and my family to catch up. I needed help and called The Maids. When I came home after the cleaning, I started crying because everything was so perfect! The shower doors, the globe lights, the refrigerator, every day since my cleaning I am finding something more that they cleaned perfectly! The Maids have the same training and system wherever they are, so I knew The Maids here would do the same fantastic cleaning as The Maids in Maryland did for my previous house. The Blue Team was beyond fantastic!

They came in and were here 2.5 hours and my house has never been so cleaned. They were wonderful, thorough and very accommodating!

I got a groupon from this service for 4 hours of house cleaning for 2 people. They were a whirlwind. I have a 3000 sq ft house and they got everything cleaned. It wasn't a "deep clean" but it was a "my mother-in-law is coming to visit" clean. Everything looked and smelled great. They did the bathrooms first and then hit the rest of the house. They were friendly and got the job done.

This company does a great job, the house sparkled and the shower has never been so clean. The only complaint I have is that the price seems high compared to other companies.

The staff is very hard working. There are occasional quality issues but the management is always quick to resolve them when I call. And they are really good a rescheduling visits on a moment's notice, and always accommodate my schedule.

I'm not impressed! They ran over the time estimated, which the owner charged me for and I had to tell the cleaners to clean under the dining room table.

It did not turned out well. They weren't thorough at all and the price was very costly for what they did. It ended up being $500 for the first time cleaning. They actually had to come back because they missed a section on my back staircase and they missed a part in my kitchen. The owner of the franchise was very nice but when the crew came back, it was clear that the supervisor was not happy. That concerned me so I ended p using another service.

They were a little expensive but they did a good job.

They are very good. They people are very polite and nice; they are just great.

They’re great! They clean my house from top to bottom, and I’ve never been dissatisfied with their work. I would give them my recommendation.

Everything has gone fine overall. Their service is exactly what I expected.

They are efficient and quick. The crew arrives on time consistently. The main office is always responsive, and easily accessible. We’ll definitely continue using their service for the foreseeable future.

The cleaning was always done very well. I think the management was professional and responsive. They even alerted us to an issue with theft when a team leader noticed another employee had taken cash out of a room. The money was returned promptly, and we appreciated their honesty.

They arrived on time, and as far as I can tell they did the work to my satisfaction.

It was an awful experience overall. When I called to schedule an appointment, the woman told me that cleaning my chandeliers & blinds would not be a problem. The employee started with my fan, and she was then going to vacuum the crystal prisms on my chandelier! She didn’t seem to know what she was doing, so I called the office, and the woman in the office told me she never said they’d clean my chandeliers. Then, the employee began to vacuum my fan in the foyer. This would make the fan off balance, which I told her, and then she asked me if I have the supplies needed to clean the fan. I told her to take their supplies and leave. Most businesses wouldn’t have charged me since I was so upset, but they took my money and didn’t try to make anything better.

I was very pleased with what they did. They were very quick and did a good job. Within an hour, they were finished. Their price was reasonable.

Overall, the experience was good. What they charged me ended up being less than what the estimates were. We wanted to switch to them and continue using their services, since their rates were better & we were happy with the results. However, they had a scheduling conflict and weren’t able to accommodate us. They did offer other times, but unfortunately it wasn’t convenient to our schedule. I would definitely refer them and use their services again if they were able to fit us in.

The experience was pretty good. The employees were on time, responsive to our needs, and did a good job. Overall, I’m happy with their services. I found them on Val-pack (a coupon website), and since then I’ve seen much better rates elsewhere, so I think they were a little expensive.

I really needed a thorough cleaning done after all of that renovation. The work was done several years ago. They were very expensive, and it was superficial work; they only did light housecleaning duties instead of the thorough cleaning that I had asked for.

I’ve been satisfied with their services overall. I usually have the same team, and I like that they keep the team together. They’re familiar with my home, and are familiar with any special items that I’d like to have done in the home. I usually have a fixed monthly schedule, and one month, I tried to alter that time. This was easy, but they were supposed to be at my home at 2. Around 2:30, nobody showed up, so I called them, and they then told me that that they were running way behind (two hours!). I would’ve liked it if they had called me to let me know this, instead of me having to make that phone call. Usually, however, they arrive on time and as scheduled. They’re always very professional.

At first, the experience was good. They sent out the same team and were consistent, but then there were changes with the team, so we had discontinued services. They started to miss things, and work had to be re-done. They also missed appointments.

It was several years ago, but the work was great. The employees were quick, polite, and did the work. I had been sick for a long time, so our home needed a thorough cleaning, and they did a great job.

The work has been excellent. They did a very good job cleaning and I’ve been pleased.

The experience has been excellent. They did a very comprehensive job, taking care of everything that we asked for and then some. We hope to use them at least a couple of times a year.
