I originally contacted them for a mouse in my house - no more mouse, contracted with them to provide pest control services - they let me know when they are coming,comlete the treatment and I have had no issues with bugs/rodents - technician very knowledgeable - you can tell it's not just a job of the moment with them

They were nice, professional and responsive. I did not use them for this service but would consider them for future work.

I would give them a D in responsiveness and a D in honesty due to their company's name saying "sustainable" when they do not use sustainable products, at least in this instance. They were the cheapest in price so I gave them an A there. They are very cheerful. I called the company and made an appointment. I was not told anything by the person answering the phone about prices or products. She only gave me an appointment. I arranged with her to get the Angie's List discount. I have no idea about the cost but I had called other companies to give me an idea of the cost. I thought by their name that they used "sustainable" products or environmentally friendly products. But they do not use environmentally safe products to get rid of the yellow jackets. Yellow jackets are good for the environment but bad when they invade your craw space or enter near regular outside areas. They did answer all the questions that I had, but discouraged me regarding a safe way to get rid of the jackets. That would entail repeated visits. The guy came out and was ready to kill my yellow jacket's nest entry with a pesticide. They do not remove the nest. The thing is the guy had no intention of using a sustainable product and explained to me all the reasons why they use pesticides. He was very nice and eager to answer all my questions. I did have to get up at 7am to be ready at 8am and hated that. The technician showed up around 9am. I had been promised a Angie's List discount but I was charged the regular price. You have to follow up on everything. I did not get a receipt and called the office later about the discount and receipt problem. I was told that I could exchange checks and they would send my check back and I could send them a check with the corrected amount and they would email me the receipt. Later, the owner called and told me that the service technician would come back and pick up my check and I could give them the correct amount. But he did not give me a receipt when he came out. He told me that they were "sustainable" and emailed receipts. Yet, he drove out with his van to pick up a check and give me back the first check. That was a waste of gas and he could have waited to get my check. Instead, he drove to my house and picked up my check. Days later I had to call the office another time to get the receipt. I believe that they will wait until the check clears before they give a receipt. We should get a receipt at the time of service payment. I had to call at least 3 times to get my receipt and 2 times to get my discount so I gave them a D in responsiveness.

I had tried to solve this problem with another pest control company, with no success ? they came five times, sprayed the car, and the bugs always came back. Other companies I talked with wouldn't even help, since they were unsure how to deal with bugs in a car. Sustainable listened to me, advised some things I could do on my own first to solve them problem, then, if that didn't work, had a solution to try. When they came out, they provided one treatment that completely solved the problem. It was fast, odorless, and totally effective. These guys were professional and effective. I couldn't have been happier with their work.

I highly recommend this company. They are responsive, knowledgable, and responsible service providers. We have them take care of the Mosquitos as a monthly service, which has allowed our family to enjoy our yard this summer! They also put in a sustainable termite solution to protect our home.

They were great and they were awesome. They were extremely friendly and they have extremely high quality service. If I recalled correctly, a lot of it was like somewhat more environmentally friendly so I could have my pet running around the yard still without having to worry about whatever chemical they are using. They were super cool. The individual service providers as well were very knowledgeable, very friendly and very professional. So all in all, it was a great experience.

They were fine. It was quite expensive compared to other vendors. The visit was perfectly fine and professional and everything in that manner. I just didn't go with them because of the pricing.

Great! Coordinated and communicated very well. Made other observations beyond just whether there were termites or not. Gave suggestions for reducing future risk of termites. Also did a once over look for other pests. Found a colony of bats in the attic. Provided great quote for removing and treating the area. Wound up being less than what current owners paid to achieve the same result. Too bad, as I would have jumped at the chance to send the work to Sustainable Pest Systems.

I'm receiving 4 treatments from them. I received a special rate. They did a great job. They were very timely and the guy that came to do the service did a remarkably efficient job.

I've been using Sustainable pest systems for over a year. They originally came out for an ant problem which they were able to handle. Since then I've used them quarterly. They are always on time, ring the bell when the arrive, ask if there are any particular areas to pay close attention to, complete their work and ring the bell and run you through what they've done before they leave.

They are excellent and efficient. I recommend them because of their professionalism and the effectiveness of their service. They have well trained staff.

There wasn't anything to dislike, he came on time, he did a good job, I felt like he was thorough, and he answered any questions we had. The interactions with him were good, he was polite, and courteous. The work turned out okay, there haven't been any pests so far.

These guys are excellent! Very friendly, easy to deal with. Jeremiah cares about his customers. If there is something that you are not pleased with, Jeremiah will make sure that the issue is resolved. He goes above and beyond for his customers. I highly recommend their service.

Great! The initial treatment was successful, and I was very impressed with their friendliness and professionalism.

They were able to squeeze me in the same day that I called. The guy was very informed and thoroughly answered all of questions during the initial visit. However, they failed to show up at follow up appointment time and failed to call to notify me that they would be significantly late or inquire when they arrived late and I was no longer home. I'm scheduling another follow up since the mice problem is only partially completed.

We recently bought a new house (which had been sitting without care for several months). There were a lot of dead bugs and mice droppings. I called Sustainable Pest Systems for an estimate. Jeremiah promptly came to the house and performed an inspection. He listened to my concerns and offered ways to defend our house from these pests. We purchased the 1 year service (it included indoor and outdoor quarterly treatments, as well as, bait stations for mice and insects in the crawlspace) and screening of 5 gable vents to keep out bats/squirrels. Rudy and another worker came out to treat the outside/inside, screen the gable vents, seal any holes where pests could enter the house, and bait the crawlspace. They were extremely nice and explained to me what they were doing. They actually had to come out twice to finish screening the gable vents and inspect the bait stations. I asked for some more inside treatments and Rudy took care of it with no hesitation. I would recommend Sustainable Pest Systems. They were very professional, knowledgeable, timely, and friendly.

Sustainable Pest Systems is a great company with excellent technicians and staff. They have helped us make sure our house is in good shape by managing pests such as roaches, mosquitoes, mice, carpenter bees, yellow jackets. Nathan is our regular technician and he is a very nice, knowledgeable professional. They schedule the quarterly treatments in advance and contact us a few days before the next treatment to coordinate scheduling. When we have had the mosquito add-on service treatment followed by a big rain, they have come back out to re-treat without complaint. We appreciate their service and highly recommend this company.

The project was much more involved than either we or Sustainable Pest realized when they provided an estimate of $400. They had to come repeatedly until all squirrels were trapped in humane traps and then driven some distance from our house and released. This involved several unanticipated steps, including accessing a space three stories up and hidden behind a chimney. It was obvious that $400 was not adequate to cover all the labor costs. Sustainable Pest did not ask for payment above the original estimate. However, their service was so good and required so much effort that we said we felt we should pay above the estimate and we suggested an amount which they accepted. They were so thorough and conscientious that we also hired Sustainable Pest for additional pest removal and prevention services. We could not recommend them more highly.

We met Jeremiah and Rudy. Jeremiah came out to do the inspection. He was very knowledgeable. Dealing with termites is an overwhelming experience; however, we felt reassured that our problem would be taken care of. Rudy came out just a few days after the inspection and set up a bait system to gradually kill off the colony. He was very thorough. Using this method is less expensive and less toxic, which is important to us. This is why we chose Sustainable Pest as they deal with "green" methods, and the reviews for the company were outstanding. We can see why. We will definitely be using this company for the duration of our stay in North Carolina.

This was my second time using them, and everything went well. They were very communicative, charged only three-fourths the price of other companies, and their treatment eliminated the ants and cockroaches completely.

For the Mice issue we discussed all the options and thought that the Bait Stations is the safest and best option looking at our situation. Initially some 5-6 stations were installed and the provider checked back next week to track the activity...based on the activity few more stations were installed until the objective achieved. It took more than a month to resolve the issue but the provider had the confidence with the approach and he was right at the end. Their level of service and dedication made me to retain their services for year as i feel they provide you more than what you pay for.
