We had the best experience with Brooke P. at Spencer Properties! We were new to Raleigh and attending open houses to get a feel for the inventory and we met Brooke. She was so friendly and informative that I kept her contact info on hand for when we were ready to make a move. Several weeks later a house came up that we wanted to make an offer on. After a couple of emails, we were able to see it a day later. Being brand new to Raleigh, we had no preferred lenders, attorneys, home inspectors, etc. Not to worry! Brooke came through with Spencer Properties suggested partners and before we knew it, we were under contract. Hands down the best and easiest real estate transaction we could have imagined!

We love Spencer Properties! Brooke helped us find our new home. She got us into homes within hours to see them and was patient with us as we looked at multiple homes until we found "the one". She helped us negotiate quickly to get a signed contract. Then the Spencer properties team helped us get our home on the market very quickly and we sold in 24 HOURS. Yes, 24 hours! Lisa helped us negotiate quickly through that process as well (and it was Christmas Eve!). So far the closing process, inspections and all that leads up to the actual closing have gone very smoothly.
