I have been using them for 25 years and I am very satisfied. I like the technician that I have. His name is John. He is wonderful. He is thorough, conscientious and courteous. He is a great technician and I like him a lot. My neighbors also use him and they also like him.

They are good. They usually come for inspection. He follows up very well.

He was on time and courteous. He appeared to be thorough. He offered some suggestions.

This company provides a great service with absolutely no stress on our end. They come out on a quarterly basis and call to set up an appointment time. Our home is surrounded by numerous trees and bushes, and although that creates a pest problem at times, John at Smith Exterminating is always willing to work to eradicate the problem and gives clear explanations. If the folks at Smith are reading this--he deserves a huge raise! We consistently have issues with ants, and they have come out several times during the quarter to help. Friendly, punctual, helpful service. We wish all companies were like this one.

A long time ago they treated this house for termites, and we have kept up the inspection contract since then. They are quick to service, and have been competent, although I wonder how they missed the leak in our bathroom when they inspected under the house the last time.

We found Smith Exterminating on Angie's List and have been very pleased. They came out to give us an estimate, and are very reliable. They call before coming each time, to see if we have any special items that need attention. When they come, they even sweep cobwebs from the outside of all first floor windows - wow!!!! Their level of customer service is off the charts. We had a mouse in our garage over the winter and called them. They came out within the next few days and set up traps. They then called a couple of days later and said they would come back out to check the traps and take care of anything necessary. They are a local company, and compared to other exterminators we have used in the past, we feel we get much more value and attentiveness from Smith. We have had no other issues with mice and truly recommend Smith Exterminating!!!!

The price was reasonable, it was about one third the cost that I got from every other company. They showed up on time and did the work well. They even worked during the rain.

They performed the service and doubled checked the work. They did a great job, and i would say hire them. They were punctual and also they were clean and professional looking.

The office was friendly and responsive. The service man was very nice and helpful. The ants went away within a couple of days of the service but returned after two weeks. The service man came out for a standard follow up at that time and retreated the inside and outside of the house. Again, the ants have seemed to disappear. They promised to follow up in another week. They seem to be true to their word and I feel very confident that if we have any more problems they will take care of it.

I have never gotten a thank you card from an exterminator before, but I got one from them. This really made me feel like a valued customer. They also wipe down the outsides of all of the windows for cobwebs. They have been wonderful. They call first before coming out, which we appreciate.

My last inspection went just fine. I have never had any problems with Smith. I got my contract with them when I bought my house six years ago. They have been good to me ever since. They also do my home mostly outside an under the crawl space for general pests. With this job, I did not have nay problems either. I am happy with them and so far they have been great people.

They were good. There were no problems. They come once a year and just check to make sure things are all fine and add more traps as well as spray as needed. They are professional and answer all of my questions every time that they come. I am overall pleased with them and I would recommend them to other people.

I was disappointed in this service. There are still bugs around so this didn't seem to make much difference. Also when I called about the ant problem, they were courteous enough but didn't get out very promptly. They also don't give me enough notice when they are going to come out. It would be more helpful to have more notice. I don't intend to renew this contract since I don't feel they are doing a good job.

They do a very good job. I hired them ever since we moved into our home and they always call us to remind us of when they are coming out. They always ask us if we have any problems, they are very professional. I d rather not disclose the price but it s very low.

They were professional on the phone and could come next day unlike the other two calls which failed at least one of those tests. He found out where the pests were coming from and we decided to take care of them on our own. We've had positive experience with them in the past as well.

The serviceman was courteous and efficient and answered a lot of questions for me. He saw no termite activity, but I am glad to get on board with this provider.

This company provides excellent, reliable service. They respond very quickly to a service call. The exterminator is extremely knowledgeable, personable, and courteous. They have been very reliable and consistent. I highly recommend them for pest control services.

THEY GIVE EXCELLENT SERVICE AND WE HAVE BEEN SATISFIED. THEY GUARANTEE THEIR SERVICE AND WILL NOT CHARGE IF THEY NEED TO COME BACK. THEY ARE VERY NICE PEOPLE TO WORK WITH.

THEY HAVE A GOOD REPUTATION IN THIS AREA. I ALWAYS CALL THEM WHEN WE START HAVING INSECT PROBLEMS. THEIR PRICES ARE REASONABLE AND THE SERVICE IS GOOD ALSO.

WE HAVE A YEARLY CONTRACT WITH THEM, SO THEY COME OVER FOUR TIMES A YEAR. I WOULD SAY THEY DO AN EXCELLENT JOB, BECAUSE WE HAVEN'T HAD ANY PROBLEMS SINCE. I HAVEN'T EVEN SEEN ANY ANTS.

THEY SEEM TO KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING. THE ONLY THING THAT I DON'T LIKE IS I FEEL THAT THEY ARE OVER CHARGING ME. I HAVE A CONTRACT AND I PAY THAT EVERY YEAR, BUT THEY ALWAYS CHARGE ME EXTRA WHEN THEY COME OUT.

WE HAVE THEM COME ONCE EVERY OTHER MONTH AND THEY HAVE ELIMINATED THE PROBLEM SO FAR. IF WE DO SEE ANY MORE BUGS, THEY WILL COME BACK FOR NO ADDITIONAL CHARGE. I GUESS THE COST SEEMS HIGH BUT I HATE BUGS IN THE HOUSE.

EVERYTHING HAS BEEN FINE WITH THIS COMPANY. THEY PROVIDE A VERY PROFESSIONAL AND KNOWLEDGEABLE SERVICE. ON OCCASION I HAVE THEM SPRAY FOR SPIDERS AND FLEAS ALSO. I'M PLEASED WITH THEM.
