They did a good job with the squirrel service. Couple of years ago we had had bats in the chimney and they did repairs on that just beyond warranty. This summer the bats have returned so we have to do that again. In terms of price, I do not have anything to compare him to so I do not know. In terms of quality, for the squirrels, it is an and ldquo;Aand rdquo; and for the bats, it is a and ldquo;Band rdquo;. I would use their services again in the future. In fact we are using them to get rid of the bats again.

All went very well. The technician was professional, prompt, helpful and not pushy at all, the latter being a quality I highly value in a service company. He did not try to up-sell more than I needed. The $129 was for the one-time service which includes a 30-day warranty. I called back within the 30 days to have the tech come back out once more since the problem was not fully resolved and he did so, no questions asked, free of charge. During his visits, he gave me tips for trying to ameliorate the problem on my own, which I found helpful. Definitely would use them again and highly recommend the company. Out of all the local exterminating companies I called, this one by far seemed most professional.

Great experience overall. The only change I would make is to call Smith sooner next time.

I have used Smith Exterminating for termite and pest control for the past 4 years on two separate properties. I have had nothing but great experiences with Smith Exterminating.

They always call before they come over to do the work. I don't pay the bill, so I don't know how the price would compare with others. I would use them again in the future if necessary.

First I called them for info and to check them out. They were busy, you could tell. They lady taking the call called back as promised, and took all the time needed to answer my questions. Felt good from the get go. The person was spot on on-time. Nice guy, cared about the quality of his work and he called back a week after the treatment to check our satisfaction. It is clear this company cares about service. Efficient, in and out - did his business. Didn't try to over sell, cross sell or up-sell. We put them on a year contract and get treatments every other month for $74. Might not be the cheapest, but not the most expensive either. It is a good company to do business with. They will come out for special visit for no extra charge if we have any issues with bugs. I liked these guys.

We have been using Smith for 2 years, so I do not remember the initial visit. They call and leave a message before they come out to service our property, so we know when to expect them. If we have a problem in between service dates, they come out promptly. The office staff and field staff are always professional. The field staff are very knowledgeable and answer any questions we may have. We have had several different field staff service our property of the last 2 years, and everyone has been professional and knowledgeable.

Everything is going great. They come out bimonthly. They always arrive promptly and are polite.

We have a contract with them. We really like them except that they are pretty expensive; but they are worth it. They come to inspect for termites. We have a contract with them for so long ago. We actually looked at Angie's list, and they were on it. We wanted to look and see what Angie's list had to say. I can recommend them. We had them for termites; but we just didn't check every year. We didn't realize they did other things too. We looked on Angie's list to see whom we can get for critters, and they were on there. Since we had a contract, we just went ahead and used them. They were separate from the termite thing. They had to come for a couple of times. They are reliable. They did a good job for the pest control.

Both interactions went fine. The experience has been excellent. The staff in the office has been very helpful. The people who actually came out were very nice, professional and did a great job. We hadn’t seen any bugs but this was for preventive maintenance. The pricing seemed fair and it was on the low end for the mosquito control. They were on time and they were friendly. They were ready to schedule within a couple of days but we chose to have them come out a week later.

What a great experience from the initial phone with their customer service to when their techinician finished treatment. They answered all questions and concerns about their program and warranties prior to coming out to the house. Their technician arrived in the time promised us and he was very polite and professional. They did not try to sell us more than what we needed. Overall, I highly recommend Smith Exterminating Co and will continue to use them.

It is $54 and it comes up to $27 because it is bimonthly. They did great. They are very prompt, thorough, friendly and professional. Whenever I have had a problem, they have always come back and that has only been once when they had to come back and check. So, they came back and secured it. They seem to know what they are doing. They do a good job at a good price. I would definitely use their services in the future too.

I've had them for the last 30 years. They are excellent. What I spend is something that's because I've been a long time customer. I don't know what they charge now. They charge me $60 a quarter. I wouldn't even know if that’s what they charge for the new customer's new service. I've had the same technician and that's important to me. He is an excellent technician and very accommodating. If I need inside service, I get inside service otherwise it is outside service. It's what I need. If I need something in between time, I call at no extra charge and they do whatever they need to do. I have it done regularly, but if I wasn't they will come and take care of it. I would continue to use them in the future.

The company continues to do a great job and I recommend them for your pest control needs.

I like that they send the same guy every time. He knows my house; he knows what I need; and he knows what the problems are. They keep good documentation. He always asks about problem areas. They call ahead of time to schedule it, which is nice. They are clean; they don't track through the house. They like to come once a month, but we just can't do that.

They do the exterior and if I want they will also do the interior. I can call them anytime in between and they will do whatever I need for no additional charge. I have been with them about 25 to 30 years. They have always been good and consistent. They are reliable and they call when they come. I don’t have to worry about it. I have had two technicians in all these years.

I had a good experience with them. They made great follow-up to make sure we were pest-free. I would recommend them. The man who came out seemed very knowledgeable.

Excellent! We were extremely satisfied with Jaimee's termite treatment and with Trey who is a manager who wrote up the contract. We would definitely use Smith Exterminating and ask for Jaimee in the future.

Smith Exterminating Company called in advance to inform us of next day service. Pest control was performed on time as scheduled. Service Technician did not need to enter the house; treated outside.

I have a contract with them to come four times a year and the contract allows me to have them come out at no extra charge in the interim. I’ve been using this company for 25 years and the price they charge me is extremely reasonable. The same technician comes out and the company will work with you with things like that.

I called yesterday, they got the expert to come out today and he was right on time. He was incredibly friendly, great with my animals and so incredibly helpful. He did a thorough examination of the attic, the crawlspace and the potential entry points to the house. He set poison and taught me how to close my entry points and set poison myself in the future so I didn't have to call again. To me, that's a sign of a great business- not only to fix your problem but to teach you how not to have to use them again in the future!!

We were very pleased with the company and thought they were very professional. We thought the price was a bit high, but that may just be our perception.

They come out on a quarterly basis to provide the service. I don’t have to call them up asking them to come out. They schedule the appointments themselves and it’s been pretty simple. I haven’t had any issues with them, as they are pretty consistent in coming out. I am not sure about their price, as it’s been many years since I have shopped around and I don’t know if their prices are comparable anymore. They provide pretty routine service and everything seems to be okay. They are pretty responsive too. I wouldn’t be able to comment on their punctuality, as they just show up and I don’t have to be at home at that time.
