I have my own personal exterminator assigned to me. John Sheen is the best guy in the whole world. He gives extra attention. He is very thorough. He takes time to answer questions. I have been with them for a few years. When I need them; they come the next day. They call before they come. They are always friendly on the phone.

They call to check in with you 24 hours before they come. They even leave a notice if you aren't home when they show up. If there is something specific you need, this 24 hour window allows you to make these requests. If you miss that chance, they even take requests on site. They are very reasonable, very professional and punctual. They always knock on my door before coming in, and they check in with me before starting. I am very comfortable having them in my home.

They provide a month warranty to ensure they get rid of the pests. I have been happy with them. They are professional.

The people in the office helped me figure out what I needed and answered all my questions. The inspection was easy to schedule and the inspector was even a bit early. He did find termites on the outside of the house and showed us exactly where they were. He was very thorough looking over the inside and the crawl space. He made sure we had a chance to ask all our questions. We received the report in less than 24 hours and it was easy to understand. I did have a few questions, but again, the office staff answered all of them promptly.

I am happy with Smith Pest Control. We have alot of ants outside and when they got in the house they were able to eliminate them in a day or two. They have kept them in check so we don't see them on our house. They call before they come and the people that they have are very well mannered and they are friendly. They have been very good. We have had a small ant problem all spring/summer. A few ants in the kitchen sink every morning. A few ants on the floor in the kitchen here and there. We could never find the origin. The ant traps didn't work. We used another company (national company) and they would come out and spray but the problem still existed. I finally called Smith Exterminating. I had excellent customer service on the phone. Better yet, when the tech came to my home, he spent time listening to my problem, looking around the house and outside to try and find the answer. After an hour or so the tech came back in and told me he found a small hole under the sink in my kitchen. He only witnessed two ants enter in the entire time he watched but he believed that to be the problem. He treated the area and after months and months, the ants were gone. Amazing! No one would have seen that hole if they didn't spend the time to actually look for it. He really made the ant problem his problem. I was very pleased with this company. I will use them for all future pest/insect issues.

They are very professional. In fact, if there is a problem with anything between the quarterly services, then they will come back and treat it for no additional cost. I will give them A in every category.
