Description of Work: This service was for inspection of carpenter bees. Since none were found there was no charge.

Description of Work: They came and got rid of some carpenter bees that were attacking the wood of our porch. The bees are gone, although they had to make two visits to do the whole job.

Description of Work: We selected them to do our annual termite and quarterly pest control. |They are always on time, call ahead, and do a thorough job. (Last time he even crawled under my porch to look for a hornet's nest.)

Description of Work: John Valese inspected out property for signs of rodents and bugs. He set several traps inside and in the outside storage space. He came back as scheduled and cleaned up one dead vole and numerous crickets, spiders, etc. He then sprayed inside and out for prevention of future infestation. We purchase an annual maintenance from Smith Exterminating. John was back in January to perform the quarterly maintenance spraying. We have not had any spider webs, rodents, etc. at all since the initial service.

Description of Work: We use Smith Exterminating for a quarterly bug treatment. Unlike other pest companies, it does not insist on spreading the poison inside our house or blanketing our yard with poison. We don't want our inside sprayed because we have a cat and the spray is hazardous to pets. We don't want the yard sprayed because the bugs - worms, centipedes, etc are good for the soil. We also use Smith Exterminating annually for termite inspection. We have used this company for 16 years.

Description of Work: Smith Exterminating Co Inc sprayed for pests and checked all along the bottom of the house. They will also come up on the back deck is I ask them.

Description of Work: They treated my entire home, inside and out for (minor)roach sightings. I got their name from Angies's list and was not disapointed. They said they would arrive between 8 am and 10 am. They were here at 8:14 am! so far great experience, hopefuly it cured the problem.

Description of Work: My daughter was living in a big, old house near the UNC campus that was infested with raccoons. The slum landlord had excluded extermination for all manner of pests but had neglected to also exclude raccoons and possums in their lease so he was forced to pay for their removal. It took several wks to finish the job because of the number of animals which had to be trapped and repairs to the roof and basement. Smith Exterminating did an excellent job. I don't know how much the landlord had to pay.

Description of Work: Smith inspected, exterminated some carpenter ants (which is why I had called them), then inspected entire foundation area for termites. No termite infestation was found.
