Description of Work: They installed a box drain and connected it to existing drainage pipe connected to downspouts. Have a low spot in front yard where water would flow during heavy rains. This solution, designed by Keith Locker. did the job. Perfect drainage for that area now. This is the SECOND TIME they have performed work for me. They did excellent work BOTH TIMES.

Description of Work: This summer Shamrock installed a French drain system around my house. The workers were friendly, efficient, and dependable. They worked steadily until the job was finished and they did an excellent job. Money well spent. I paid about $5400. They demoed my sinking front steps and put the drain under it. The work conditions were unbearably hot and the soil was extremely hard.

Description of Work: Shamrock did a great job dealing with a leak in my finished basement. They had to deal with unforeseen drainage issues in my yard and adjust their initial plan, but their persistence paid off. And they never tried to charge me for additional work even after it became clear that adjustments would be necessary. They did a great job and treated me well.

Description of Work: To alleviate a longtime issue with standing water in my crawlspace, Shamrock installed a french drain and sump pump, covered the floor with plastic sheeting (as a vapor barrier), and sprayed the joists with an antimicrobial agent. The work looks to have been performed expertly. The workman who finished the job (hooked up power to the sump pump) came by when I happened to be home, and he very helpfully walked me through the job and showed me everything that had been done. Plus he showed me how to check the sump pump in case I suspect it's not working. The only problem was that the invoice was sent before the job was complete, and the main office didn't seem to be aware that the job wasn't finished yet (or didn't communicate it to me). But this was easily resolved by email.
