We have not done the job yet, but we do have it scheduled. They were very friendly, they were not able to give me a quote though because they don't know the full damage.

It went very well. The work was done in an efficient manner. He disturbed as little of the yard as he could. After the inspector came, Allyn covered the excavation again. Overall, very satisfied.

Employees were very professional and easy to work with. We had a little mix up in the color of the fixtures, but they were eager to make sure everything was just as we wanted it, and corrected the mix up.

They were on time, and they were very professional. They were a little expensive, but it was worth it, they are a really good. I would recommend them to others and use them again.

When they did the rough in plumbing, they had installed a new vent. They damaged my roof in the process. The owner was very responsive and remedied the situation by paying a roofer to come out and fix it. This really made me happy that he took enough responsibility in his company. They were able to do the work in a timely manner. They came in, did what they needed to do and then left; which was really nice. I would have preferred that they talked me through the rough in of the plumbing so they could talk to me about the venting of the house. Most houses are done this way, but it's not how I would have done things. I purchased the fixtures myself and then had them install them so that price isn't included.

Spent total 5 minutes in our house. Used snake to clear clog.

He fixed two sinks and fixed them both in under an hour, but I did have some issue with the technician. He did fix the leak, but another developed but wasn't his fault. Since I paid 150 dollars I called them back out and they helped me diagnose the issue. However, when he came back out he was appeared impatient and did not acknowledge, when I thanked him for his time, and got that impression. Original work I would give an A overall a B. I would use the owner not the technician.

All went very well. They were prompt, courteous and seemed to have done a quality job. Price may seem high for work done but seems these days you cannot have any service done for less than $100. Price in line with other plumbers.

Plumber showed up on time and was very nice/professional. He got right to work and answered all of our questions. He cleaned everything up when he was done. I was pleased with the work and the price.

Schwartz personnel were prompt and very courteous. I was pleased with their customer service and overall work. The price was very high, unfortunately, but that was because I didn't have much choice on waiting until the work week started, and the labor costs for weekend work were high. Water heater is working well. I would hire again.

The gentleman arrived without a flashlight and without any tools. Since we hadn't even moved in yet, we had very little to share but we helped with what we could. I ran back and forth between the bathroom to the plumber, trying to turn the water on/off to recreate the leak (without success). The plumber spent an hour trying to figure out why the outside spigot didn't work. In the end, he tightened a screw in the diverter (with my screwdriver) and charged me $130. He also mentioned that he primarily does water main work and was not used to interior plumbing.

Great job. The person on the phone was friendly and courteous. We were scheduled for a specific time the next day. The plumber showed up on time, did a great job, explained what he was doing and completed the repairs quickly.

Okay, except would not give a warranty and the price was extremely high.

They did great work, and even did a little extra work for nothing. They come right out to do the work. They are clean and neat and clean up after themselves. They are very kind and considerate of their customers.

When I called on Monday, they came out the same afternoon. They found the problem and repaired it. They did it quickly. I was very happy with the results, and I would definitely tell others to use them.

I was not impressed with this company. I was charged twice for the service calls and the job was not done. They have never called or came back. If I hadn't called them, I wonder if I would still be waiting for the part.

They were more than fair on their charges. In fact, I was expecting to pay more because he had to crawl under the house. I know that can't be a very fun thing to have to do. I would give them a call again if I have any more troubles with my plumbing.

Schwartz was very efficient when they came and checked out my disposal. They came in, looked at it, unclogged it and charged me about $100 for a service call and repair. I am not sure exactly what their specific service charge is. It may be around $50 or so. Anyways, they are really nice people and they do a really good job. They came when they said they would and they did what they said they would do.

Whenever we have them come out they are always on time and very courteous. I am pleased with their service because they are hard working and dependable. They are able to fix almost any of our problems.

It only took and hour to fix the problem, he was on time and knew what he was doing. He already had the part on the truck and was very clean. He stuck right to the quote that they gave me, and was fully prepared for the job when he came. I am satisfied with the service they did for me and it is great now.

I really like the service they gave me. They came very fast and were knowledgeable. The price was decent, and the plumber that came was neat and clean and cleaned up the bathroom when he was finished. They came the same day I called them and fixed the problem, and we haven't had a problem since.

I appreciated his willingness to give me options of correcting the sink faucet. He explained the different options and pricing. He was correct in the shower as once I had it redone it was the wall being done incorrectly. This is my third time using this company. They are right in line with other plumbing companies. Typically, they charge a $50 trip fee. Since I opted to have the sink fixed, the trip charge was deleted from my bill.

This was not a big job that we needed done but they still treated it as very important. They were professional when they came to our house and were on time to do the job. We plan to use their services again as we like having someone local we can depend on.

Great. They were able to get to me on the day I called. The person I spoke with on the phone was nice, polite and worked hard to get a plumber out to my house ASAP. The work was completed in a timely manner and was done neatly and professionally. The plumber was personable and respectful of my home and belongings. The estimate was right on.

Plumber was able to gain access to the shower valve through the wallboard in the master closet. He removed the old valve, and attached the new one. Job went quickly other than down time waiting for cement to dry before turning the water back on.
