Horrible company. There was a job I needed done that would take no more than 45 minutes and $50 of parts. The guy came to look and then said he would write up the charge. Then he come back inside from his truck and says it will cost $850!!!!! I ended up doing it myself for the $50 of parts and the 45 minutes. So they wanted $1200/hour. AVOID!!!

Called Schwartz on a Sunday morning and Eddie came by about 90 mins later. He was excellent. He was very upfront that there is a standard $200 fee for Sunday work. He took a look at my unit and diagnosed the problem quickly. It just needed to be flushed so that the thermostat could work okay. Highly recommend.

They have been excellent and I would give them my highest rating. Would highly recommend this company and will hire them again.

I called when I had no hot water for shower, and checked in garage at 8 a.m., and found water on the floor and a leak at water heater. I was told that it may be after 5 before they have anyone available, but would call back if sooner. The service technician was here in 15 minutes and repaired the pipe efficiently and quickly. After he left, the pilot light went out and there was no hot water. I called and the boss came out personally and reset the pilot light, within 30 minutes. Every time I deal with these people I am more impressed with their service and their business. I highly recommend Schwartz Plumbing and thank them for the work they do and their decency in providing a service when needed.

Earl did an excellent job. He kept us completely informed throughout the whole process. Very good customer service from beginning to end. We have used Schwartz Plumbing for other jobs and have always been very pleased.

Stuart the owner personally came out and assessed the problem and provided a written estimate. He was true to his word and honored the price. A guarantee was provided for the work. The guys worked very hard to minimize damage to the landscape. Stuart is very personable and his plumbers were very professional. I would definitely use this company again. Stuart is an honest man and hires honest hardworking people.

I hired Schwartz plumbing to replace three toilets with a pressure assist toilets. They replaced it will toilets that sit too high, not comfortable at all. They broke tiles around one of the toilets and din't tell me and I found out after they left. They did not add the bidet back on that was on the previous toilet. They did not replace the $2 cut-off valve, which would be normal and demanded $150 to replace it. The guy was rude and acted as if they were doing me a favor, not providing services they were hired and work paid to perform.

Tech that came out (James) went above and beyond to take care of us. He spent a good amount of time diagnosing the problem. He tried the least expensive options first and kept us informed as he worked. The easy fixes didn't help. He took the time to explain (in whatever level of detail we wanted) what was wrong. He told us that the unit's internal pump was broken. He checked around for replacement pumps but unfortunately there were none available in the short run. Finally, he talked it over with us to see how we wanted to proceed. We asked what our options were especially given the date and how close it was to Christmas. He gave us our options and what we could expect concerning the timing. Given our current unit was 8 or 9 years old we specifically asked if getting an entirely new unit was possible. We understood it would be expensive. We just wanted hot water before Christmas! The tech (James) gave us a quote for both options. He made sure we knew that replacing the pump would be much less expensive but that ordering the pump would take two or three days. We asked if a new unit was available. He checked the stock, saw it was in stock, and confirmed that he could install a new unit the next day. (Again, he reminded us that it would be significantly more expensive to replace the unit but we just wanted hot water ASAP.) The tech (James) installed the new unit the next day and by the end of the day we had hot water!! Overall, I think this was the best experience we've ever had with this type of problem. I would use Schwartz Plumbing again with hesitation.

Schwartz was recommended to me by a friend. I called them and was told they couldn't come today and they were full tomorrow. The woman I spoke with just left if there ... as though there were no further options she could give me. I thanked her and told her I would find someone else and she was fine with that. I called another plumber that was recommended by another friend and they are coming out today.

Don't bother reaching out to them via Angie's List! They failed to respond!!! Very discouraging.

I was pleased with everything that they did. They have been around for ever, again. They're a family run company and that's about all I can tell you.

Went well, and they cleaned up on the inside. Although this is not a cheap service to do, their price was commensurate with another company. Everything working well.

The set screw on the old shower handle was rusted and required him to saw off the old valve. He installed shower handle trim kit, valve cartridge and shower head using a new shower plumbing kit that I provided. For the time taken, his charge was reasonable.

The plumber arrived on time and was very professional. He explained what was entailed and told me how much it would cost. He performed the work and cleaned up after himself. He stayed to answer all my questions and remained with me to make sure the water pressure improved. I would hire this company again. Very happy with the work.

They did the work in a day. The left the area fairly clean.

Pedro did an amazing job capping the pipes. I scheduled Matt for the toilet; he didn't have time to do the faucets so they sent Alex the same day. Not cheap but EXCELLENT. Will definitely use them again...

It was a couple of hours. I watched and listened to what he was doing and walked away thinking I got my money's worth. Given my copay and deductible, it was well worth not hurting myself underneath the bathroom sink. They also replaced four stops or cut off valves under the bathroom sink and one on each toilet on upstairs. I was going to have them reset the toilet but it turned out he did reset the bowl but the tank was cracked. Which was a problem we had with it in the beginning so we couldn't reset the entire toilet. But anyhow, he reset a toilet bowl. He did a fine job on that.

This was a very smooth and quick replacement. Water fittings were neatly made.
