The work done was done professionally, courteously and promptly (including all permits and removal of the old electric water heater). The technicians were all open to any questions and explained the whole process. We are very happy with the work done and will have the company to do any of our future plumbing needs. Aden did a great job in getting the permits to us and following up on some minor details.

Very well. I paid 250 for the disposal and 200 for installation. Thought it was high.

Very knowledgeable person taking the call diagnosed the problem and suggested solution over the phone (with no charge and with no visit). Very impressed!

James was wonderful. He came promptly and exceeded our expectations. He had a water heater with him and while our old water heater drained he fixed two outdoor faucets that were leaking and cracked! I would highly recommend James and Schwartz Plumbing.

I called and Thomas said he would be out on Monday April 24 th at 3 p.m.. He arrived early at 2 p.m. and was very friendly, efficient, and completed the work quickly. He has 26 years experience and did a fantastic job of removal, installation, and clean up. The price was what I expected, but was hoping for a little less; I believe it was fair for the times we are in, but since it is expensive, I rated the price a B, even though it was fairly standard cost. They were on time and efficiently repaired the leak quickly. They also replaced my water heater a while back and did an excellent job.

The technician replaced the unit in timely manner. He failed to replace the connecting valve, which resulted in an additional leak.

Everyone I spoke to at Schwartz was very pleasant and professional. Schwartz correctly identified the problem with the tub (something in the tub faucet needed to be replaced), and fixed the tub faucet. With respect to the recirculation pump, Schwartz did a great job for the best price for which I received quotes (I got 3 quotes in total).

Got a call while I was at work, 10:00am, that water was leaking from my water heater. Looked like it had been spraying for awhile after I assessed the situation. Looked for A list plumber in Angie's List. Called Schwartz Plumbing (10:30am) and a technician was out within an hour and half, 12:00pm. Had it fixed in under an hour. 12:45pm. Also, tech let me know the water tanks age and condition. Very professional and courteous.

Adan responded to my message on Saturday morning. He indicated he would be able to come and gave me an estimated time and indicated he would call en route. He was pleasant, friendly. He worked for about 30 minutes investigating the sources of the repeated clogging. He asked me many questions re my observations and the history of the problems. He determined one of the toilets had a true clog which he addressed. He used an auger on another and determined that the cause was likely a very narrow trap in conjunction with my using heavier toilet paper that wasn't dissolving well. He showed me a trick with soap that helps improve water flow into the bowl (and consequently enhances toilet function. He also encouraged me to use septic-safe paper. (Shopping trips the next day found that the paper brands I am using were indeed labeled septic-safe but I will be looking around for more readily dissolving versions.) I have had interactions with plumbers and had never had the kind of encounter I had with Adan. Some plumbers would have likely come to the conclusion that I needed sewer line work and would have dismissed my observations and "history." Adan took the time to ask questions, to listen, to perform some basic assessment to find possible common-sense and less-invasive interventions. I feel lucky that Adan was on call. If I should have need of a plumber, I will be calling Schwartz and I will be asking for Adan. I will be considering having him replace my toilets so that I can get rid of the pathetic builder's-grade toilets currently in my house.

They discovered the leak and replaced the parts needed.

Very well. With some creativity, the initial venting solution (which would have required some in-house drywall demolition and repair), was replaced with a much more reasonable (and "up to code") solution. All venting upgrade work could be done in the crawlspace. Work was completed quickly and thoroughly. Technician was very personable, professional and thorough.

After an emergency call on a Saturday to diagnose the problem (they arrived within 30min of my call) it was determined that more extensive digging would be needed, so they scheduled a follow up to bring in a backhoe and full crew. They had to replace the grinder pump, the alarm for the pump and also raise the access lid to ground level (it was previously 2' below ground which made access very difficult). This was an all day job and at very step they showed me exactly what they were doing and why. They did minimal damage to my yard with the backhoe being extremely careful to make as little impact as possible. The entire team was incredibly professional and polite. They worked tirelessly all day to compete the job and left the work area spotless. I could not have been more pleased with their work, their professionalism and their general attitude. They constantly told me their job was to get this done to my satisfaction and it was just a pleasant experience to deal with such nice and competent folks. The price was exactly within the range they quoted me and considering the work they did and the time it took, I thought it was a reasonable price. I highly recommend these guys.

I had a significant issue with Schwartz on the pricing. Approximately 7 hours were spent on the project, while they built their estimate on 12 hours being needed. As a result, the price was much too high for the work performed. I contacted Schwartz through the person performing the job, and they were not willing to adjust the charge to more closely align with the duration of the work performed. Having said this, they did perform the work well.

Great. We had 4 other plumbers attempt to fix only to find out in a week or 2 it was not fixed. A friend recommended Schwartz so I gave them a call they came out same day within minutes knew what problem was. They ordered the part and within 3 days were back out had it installed and running great ever since. Will be our go to for any future plumbing needs.

I have been extremely satisfied with their service. They have always taken care of the problems in a very courteous and prompt fashion. From drain back ups to broken hot water heaters, if I need something repaired or replaced, I am always satisfied. I have also checked around and their pricing was fair and reasonable.

Repaired and gave good suggestions to prevent problem in the future. The cost was mostly for the faucet replacement.

Excellent company and service. My hot water heater died the week of Thanksgiving. Other companies were much more expensive. One company was scheduled to come out for an estimate but called and told me all kinds of upgrades that I would have to do. I guess they had to pay for those commercials they air. Their price was over $1700. I contacted Schwartz and they gave me a much more reasonable price and had a Technician out there the same day. He was great. I had hot water in about 2 hours after he arrived. I will be using this company again!

The tech that came for the estimate was nice enough and on time, but I think he was way overpriced and probably trying to scam me a bit.
