The installation was punctual on time and very clean when they left. This year will make 3 years and it's still going strong. We've used Schwartz for toilet replacements and other repairs -- we've never been disappointed. They may cost a little more than others, but not enough to go to anyone else.

A lot of water was coming from pipes under my house. The technician was punctual, diagnosed the problem, gave me an estimate and did the work quickly. Very professional.

i called the company and described my problem. we scheduled a time to have a technician come over. he was prompt and wore shoe covers on my upstairs carpet. was in and out in 1 hour. he described why my drain may have been clogged. shower drains great now.

They came out, but they really couldn't do anything with my situation. They were not fit for it. The pipe was five or six feet down and they didn't have the equipment to go down there and dig it out and repair the pipe. If it was anything more than just stopping up something, they couldn't handle it. They cleared the obstruction, but they could not repair the pipe. They did part of the job, but they didn't do the other part. I had used them before to install a toilet and they did a good job, which is the reason I called them for this problem. I wouldn?t use them again for sewer cleaning, but they do a good job for general household plumbing.

They came out and told me that we would need to remodel the entire upstairs bathroom in order to relocate the pipes on the first floor. The price was 3-4 times more than the other plumbers we had out, and they were the only ones that said the remodeling was necessary with relocating the pipes. They then wanted to charge me for the estimate, when they had not previously told me there was a charge.

They came right out and did a good job.

I received a quote of about 1000 dollars, this is a bit high, I found another company that did it for 800 with a top rated water heater.

They were professional, and they did a great job. They first came out and looked at it and told us what we needed to do. Once we decided to go with them, they came out and took care of the problem that we had. They were on time on the day they told us that they would come. We have had no problems. We spent about $500 because they had to run a line and hook it up to an existing sink. We asked them to hook up an outdoor spigot for a hose as well. I would rate them highly and would use them in the future, if necessary.

They were the first to respond to my request. They gave me a good estimate and got the work done. I don?t know about the price because it was an emergency, and I didn?t get a lot of prices from people.

Company representative came out to look at the job and said he would get back to me with an estimate. I called several times and was told the estimate was coming. Never got the estimate. It would have saved me a lot of time if they had just told me they didn't want the job up front.

They seemed to be pretty reliable, and the work went pretty well. They were actually early with the appointment, which was nice. They completed the work without any problems. I would use them in the future, if necessary.

I have been using them for many years now. They were excellent, very honest and the price was good. They repaired a bathtub which was blocked for twenty five years. The name of the guy that came out was Alex and he was excellent.

They have done the work for me a couple of times. They are responsive and professional.

We chose them because of their experience with older houses and older plumbing situations. The quality of their work was fine.

Plumber rightly insisted on proper fitting faucet instead of 'making do' with alternate that may not last as long. He also was easily rearranged our appointment.

The plumbers are nice people. They always inform when they are going to be here and give good advice.

Schwartz did a great job. Replacing the rough-in valve in the tub was a difficult job because of the limited access and need to solder in a confined space. Still, the plumber worked cleanly, quietly, and professionally throughout.

Mr. Schwartz called me the same day I posted my information request online, gave me an estimate over the phone, and scheduled the work for the same week. Ross showed up promptly, performed all requested repairs in less than 3 hours, and charged me $5 less than the estimate. Ross also took extra time to give me advice I requested for future maintenance. He was very professional and knowledgable. He is also a Navy veteran - so if you want to support our veterans this is a sure-fire winner!

My hot water heater died over Memorial Day weekend while we were in the mountains. I have used Schwartz Plumbing in the past and had good experiences so I called them this time. They came out late Tuesday afternoon and verified the old water heater was dead. They gave me estimates for a new electric tank water heater and a gas tankless water heater (a Noritz). I went with the gas tankless water heater. I already had gas in the house for my furnace and gas logs. Schwartz came out the next day (Wednesday) and installed the new water heater and removed the old one. The work was done well and the new water heater works great. Schwartz also gave me the paperwork for a rebate from the gas company (PSNC) and a flyer about deducting the cost of the entire job from my 2009 taxes. It was great! The city inspector came out the following week and it only took him a few minutes to look at the work and declare it "good". I was quite pleased with the whole experience.

Great service! Repairman arrived early (same day service), replaced the part in under 30 minutes. Followed up by turning the water on and checking for leaks. There was a little confusion about the price. I received an estimate of $175 over the phone from the owner, Stuart Schwartz. The repairman charged me $220. I called Stuart the next day, he apologized for the mix up and mailed out a refund check. I appreciated that.
