Everything was very satisfactory. The price was not bad, they did a great job. Overall I was very satisfied with them and would use them again in the future.

Called on Saturday for estimate on replacing the PBC piping in my townhouse. Was told by the answering service that they would call back on Monday. Got a call from them on Tuesday morning. They said they did not need to see the house to give me an estimate, so they asked me some questions over the phone. E-mailed me an estimate a few hours later that was $2300 more than the highest of my other two estimates (from people who came to the house). Decided to go with another plumber.

They came fast and repair the leaking and even explain me what is needed to be done in the future.

Extremely well. Gary showed up on time, installed cabinet, sink, installed sink faucet and tub drain.. He also cleaned the area once the work was completed. I only use SCHWARTZ PLUMBING. They are on the higher price end but they guaranty their work, the work is done by a professional and done quickly and perfectly. Highly recommend this company.

Did not go well since Stuart didn't return my call. I've decided to seek out another plumbing company but have not had the work done as of yet.

Gave a fair estimate for the work and when they came out, they did the work as planned, on time, within budget and very professional. I have not had a reason to call them for my new house, but if and when I need something plumbing related, they will be my first call.

The estimate was a little high. They were professional however.

When I have used him, I have had good experiences. I have not used his services since the time I joined Angie’s List. I have had him do a few things for me. He charged me around $200 the last time, which was a fairly minor installation. Before that, I probably used him 2 years ago to put in the water heater. I have no issues with him that I can recall. If I need to, I would use him again in the future.

They were very competent and I had no problems. The price was as agreed. They put a pressure relief valve under the house about a year ago. He came with one because he thought that might be the problem. It was installed at the agreed upon price and it was installed very quickly. Plumbing is expensive and the price was what I expected. They did very good work. They were very efficient and came shortly after I called. They were very professional. I would definitely use them again.

There isn't much to tell. We had a leak in our hot water heater line which was spraying water over the crawl space. The heater is 19 years old and they could not repair the broken hose/valve. We needed to have the unit replaced. However, we have an odd water heater that vents directly to the outside from the crawl space. These units were not available at either Lowes or Home Depot which are close to us. The plumber had to go out to a local dealer that sells professional units to pick up the unit that he installed. Counting the time to do that, it took him close to 8 hours to get the new unit installed. Again the only issue is that our gas fireplace and heat vent out the same vent and both have capaciters to make sure the units don't overheat. Both of these malfunctioned after the repair.

I have used them many times. They are very reliable. I would recommend them.

He completed it very quickly. One tank was very loose and shaking. He tightened that tank and now I have another one that is shaking. I do not have the time to mess with this. For that price it should have been right the first time.

While living in a rental unit, I had an issue with an extraordinarly high water bill the city traced to being on my side of the meter. The owner of the unit called Schwarz, with whom they have had good experiences. Schwarz called me to confirm a time and date and the service person showed up exactly as scheduled. He quickly evaluated the issue and replaced the tank hardware, but also took a few moments to go outside and check the ground around the meter to be certain there was no apparent leakage there. Overall, the visit was less than 30 minutes, the problem fixed, and the areas in which he was working were cleaned before he left.

Schwartz was one of the companies I called while I was evaluating service provides.They were very professional, and quick to provide both an estimate and (once I'd settled on them) the actual repair service. Their estimate was a tab bit on the high side, but certainly was not the highest of the 4 that I received. Joel, the serviceman, was very polite and took time to explain both the causes of the problem as well as what steps he was taking to do the repair. I will definitely use them again if I have any plumbing needs.

Their plumbing was a little sloppy. They got the heater in and it was working well. The purple primer on the pvc pipes was everywhere.

I requested installation of a garbage disposal. I scheduled the installation but after research decided I did not want the model quoted to me. I was told they only install one model. So I canceled the installation and asked for someone to contact me to discuss whether they would install another model if I purchased it separately. The receptionist said someone would call me in a way that let me know that no one would return the call. And sure enough, no one contacted me at all.

The work was done by one guy from Schwartz Plumbing + a backhoe operator. I was surprised that it took just one plumber. His name is Pete and he's on top of his game. The backhoe operator was very skilled as well. Needless to say the work tore up the front yard, but that was expected. All things considered, the work went fairly quickly and it was very well done. The town plumbing inspector made Schwartz do some extra work in order to pass a final inspection. Schwartz did the extra work very quickly and stuck with their original estimate despite the extra time and materials.

My experience with them was very good. They were very prompt. I think I called them on a weekend, and they responded by calling me on the weekend. They sent someone out first thing Monday morning. They replaced the hot water heater within about two days. They were very reliable, trustworthy and honest and did a good job. I had used them many years ago as well, and I don’t have anything bad to say about them. I would rate them highly and would use them again in the future if necessary.

well it coast me $165.00 for him to put a foot in my door...it was $165.00 for the service call, then to change the shower cartage was an0other $60.00, i'm still kicking myself in the butt to saying yes and do the job. He did replace a shower head in the other bathroom, at no cost, it took him about 1 minute, he said i do that for nothing...I bought the shower head already..I still feel i was roobed and he didn't have a gun..I'm 73 years old, and boy did he take me for a ride.

In particular, I was impressed by the time the person took to explain what he was doing. Having had someone do it beforehand, I thought the price was reasonable. He worked promptly and cleaned up beautifully.

Plumber arrived on time, identified the problem, left to go pick up a part, arrived back with the part and fixed the problem.
