They were great. They were punctual, on time, and they were great guys.

Come out on time, did the work, charged what they said they would and left. Easy to deal with, great service, great communication, great company.

He showed up earlier than planned, which was excellent (he did call to say he would be there early) Gave an estimate for further repairs.

I had to hook onto the city's new sewer line and asked Schwartz Plumbing and two other companies for a quote. Schwartz Plumbing came and gave me a quote that was lower than the other two companies, so I told them they had the job. It was a couple of months later before the city was ready for me to hook onto the sewer system. I then called Schwartz to set up a date for the work to be done, but they told me they had too much work and couldn't do my job. They left me hanging high and dry. I then called another local company that came that day and gave me a quote that was even lower than the quote Schwartz had given me, so they got the job and were excellent. Obviously, that is who I now call for plumbing services.

Had two hot water heaters that were giving us trouble for the last year. Had a few plumbers out and only two detected that the water lines to one heater were set up incorrectly. Our technician Geoff was very knowledgable and answered all my questions, cleaned up after the work was performed and made sure I understood how the tankless functioned before he left. It was a big job; capped off and remove the hot water heaters from the attic and garage. We have 4 full baths and six people in the house and we finally have hot water ALL the time. We purchased the more expensive model that has a built-in circulating pump, hot water in 10 seconds in the furthest bathroom a Navien advanced tankless. We are thrilled! My only complaint, someone smoked, there were five guys outside at one point, not sure who it was, but there were cigarette butts in the street.

The tech showed up a little early and was completely professional and thorough. He made suggestions on how we could improve things on our own so that we can avoid repairs down the line. He cleaned up well and was friendly to my family. I will make sure to use this company again.

The repair man was very knowledgeable and professional. He explained the problem in the kitchen and made suggestions about how to repair it. In the bathroom he diagnosed leak and installed new parts. He was waiting for me when I got here and was done in no time at all.

They quoted the job over the phone on Saturday afternoon and visited the next morning (on Sunday) to perform the work. Before the scheduled start time, the tech (James) called to inform me that he was running about 15 minutes late (which I appreciated). He surveyed the old unit and the location. We talked about the removal and the installation of the new unit. He noted that he would upgrade the water and gas fittings as they were a decade old and needed modernizing. It wasn't mentioned previously, but after we discussed a pan to be installed underneath the unit to route any escaping water away, I ran to Lowe's to buy one. The unit was installed over the pan and all the connections were made. The pilot was lit, some instructions were shared, the bill was paid, and the customer was happy with the service/quality/price/result.

Responded quickly and corrected a problem with hot water circulation. Very efficient in their approach to the job.

Great. Husband followed along with worker. I didn't see anything until afterwards.

Diagnosed a gurgling first-floor toilet. Ran drain camera to check for problems between house and city-sewer. Disappointed that this intermittent problem was not resolved. Pleased that drain camera showed no issues from first-floor toilet to city main sewer. Now I know what the problem isn't. Lester gave suggestions for homeowner to narrow down this intermittent issue.

Schwartz never showed for my Friday appointment. I called to find out what happened and Schwartz stated they'd stop by the next day (Saturday) and would call me. Saturday came and Schwartz was a no show again. I'll find another plumber.

It was excellent. I would not recommend them otherwise.

I used them for a long time and we keep using them because we're happy with them. We feel very confident with them. We always have good experience with them.

They were one of two companies to come and give me an estimate for a tankless and tank water heater. I was already leaning toward the tankless, but they definitely sold me on the tankless. I chose them based on the quality information given during the estimate: discussing the features and reliability of the product, knowledge about permits, and the included warranty that Schwartz includes with yearly servicing. I have been very pleased with the tankless system.

I was attempting to fix my kitchen faucet and when I turned off the hot water value under the sink, it would not completely shut off. I then used the "whole house" value inside the house, but the handle broke once the water was off (could not turn back on). It was a Saturday and we were having company that night. I called Schwartz and the gentleman I talked to was very profession and up front with the costs. He was prompt (on-time) and made the repairs at the costs estimated. I was very pleased with the whole experience.

The service provider was prompt in responding to my phone call and arriving on time on the date of service. He was consultative prior to doing the work. He completed the job fairly quickly and ensured all was working properly before leaving. I have had no further problem.

I reported problem to office. Tech came out next day and quoted $179 to replace valve. Then stated that if he didn't do the work, I would be charged $79 to give me that quote. He was in my house less than 5 minutes. I said No Thank You to both offers. Tech said he would tell the office that I kicked him out of my house as the reason I didn't pay the service charge. I told him that if that helped him, that was fine with me. I have used Schwartz many, many times over the years, happily, but it seems lately they have become just "money grubbing." After he left, I called another plumbing company and had them over in less that an hour. They charged $125 for the same work and it was fine. I most likely have gotten on Schwartz's "bad customer" list, but I will not be calling them again, regardless.

My kitchen faucet was loose. It had been installed by another plumber. The service technician told me when he came in that the minimal charge would be $150.00 even if the job took 5 minutes. It actually took less than 1 minute. The technician charged $90.00, after he called the office. It made it seem like a good deal but this charge was ridiculous in light of 1 minute of work. Unfortunately, I did not know what to do to fix it myself.

We had several plumbing issues. The plumber did not fix anything. But that is a good thing. We thought we had a leaky sink, but it turns out it was just condensation. We had the smell of mildew and thought there was a leaky pipe but he thought it came from outside. He could have easily taken advantage of us. He charged the minimum fee of $98 which I was fine paying. I have had many plumbers come for other issues over the year but nobody I have been happy with, until now.

The service call went well. We had to shut off the water in the house the evening before so we we're anxious to get it fixed. The plumber was going to arrive late Saturday afternoon since it was the weekend and he had a full schedule, but he arranged to come over in the morning. This was much appreciated.

Installer arrived promptly at 9:10 AM. Showed him what we needed done.We provided the new shower plate. Since we hadn't used this company before, asked how Schwarz Plumbing charged, was it by the hour or the project? Was told by the project and I asked for the estimate of this project. Said $250 and should take two hours. Seemed pricey but not unreasonable. The installation and project was completed a little after 10:00 AM. Since he finished so early, I asked if he could tighten a couple of faucet handles on the sinks in the bathroom. No, he couldn't do that as he was running behind for his 10:00 appointment. Did that math work out??????? 2 hours to complete the project but you already had booked an appointment, apparently planning for the job to take 1 hour which it did, but telling the customer two hours for the project to make the billing amount more reasonable. Have no problem paying for good service. But a rate of $250 an hour seems excessive to me. Not sure what I could have done, after all I agreed to the estimate of $250. Guess I should have asked for an estimate before the company came to do the work. Also, the installer never took off his shoes and tracked water and shoe prints throughout the bathroom.

Excellent. Tehnician "Alex" picked up new faucet assembly from supplier and replaced our existing kitchen faucet. Alex was expert and courteous. He did an outstanding job in installing the automated multi-faucet and soap dispenser in exiting kitchen sink counter top.
