Description of Work: Our kitchen sink drain was completely clogged. They quoted a price of $340 to unclog the drain which seemed high; but I had no other choice as they were already on site. It took less than an hour and he was gone. Pretty expensive for one hour of work.

Description of Work: They required that I have a major toilet rebuilt to replace a bolt that was leaking in the tank. They had to come back 2 additional times to stop the toilet from flushing by itself. On one of these visits, they wanted me to pay again for the replacement of parts that had already been replaced during the first visit.
