It was great. The price was a little higher. They took the time to complete the task and inspected everything, double checked the finishes they worked in. So, I would recommend them. I would use them again in the future.

They did a nice job for us. I paid more than the Big Deal price. He was very professional and explained everything. The price was really high though.

It turned out well. There were no additional charges. There was another problem so that visit that I used them for, they discovered a different problem. I did have another charge for the other problem. They discovered that the main drain line was broken. They had to come back and dig up to repair the main line. The best part was that they explained everything as they were doing it. They showed it to me. They had a camera. As the technician was doing the work, he was explaining everything that he was doing. It was a cold day but he gave me the option of coming out. It was great that he wanted me to see it for myself for what the problem was. I definitely would recommend them. The technician was very good at explaining exactly what he was doing. I did have problems when I was trying to schedule the follow-up service. It's a big company so it depends on the technician you get. That's the drawback to it.

I bought a $79 coupon from Angie's List for $250 worth of plumbing labor. Being that the projects I had were small, I felt confident that the call/ would be covered despite the fact that Roto Rooter would not provide estimates prior to coming out. The company was quick to respond to the purchase and we set up an appointment for later in the day. I had to call back when the agreed upon time window closed and was told that the appt had been set up for a different day; however, they said they would send somebody over within the next 2 hours. A plumber arrived an hour later. It took 15 minutes o unclog the slow-draining sink but I was charged $320 for that service. I asked that he confirm that, which he did, saying that's the company's flat rate for that service, which is interesting since Roto-Rooter will not provide estimates when scheduling. I just called the main number for Roto-Rooter (not the local office) and they verified that $320 was the proper charge for that service. The final total came in at $397.50, so I owed an additional $147.50 despite having prepaid for $250 worth of labor. This was not the first time I'd used Roto Rooter but it has been the last. UPDATED 9/22/2014: The owners of the local service contacted me to follow-up on my complaint. After speaking for a bit and explaining how he would have liked for the plumber to have handled the situation, he agreed to adjust the price and refund a significant portion of what I had paid. He was understanding, professional, friendly, and I believe sincere in his desire to make things right, so I updated my review from a overall grade of D to a grade of B and a price grade from F to C.

It was good. They ended up charging us more for what we needed to have done. We paid an additional $100 or so. They did a great job. They knew what they were doing. They basically went to town right away. They came out when they said they would come out. There wasn't any delay. We're very pleased with the service. For a bunch of plumbers, we thought that they did a great job.

Everything was fine. They showed up on time. The overall was a good experience.

I called at 5:30 pm and was told that someone would be here by 8pm. Asked for estimate and was told the technician would provide a free one. At 8:30pm I call and was told he was delayed would be here soon. He arrived about 10pm. He did clear the drain, no problems there. The cost at $305 was high I thought and I provided the $40 Angies list coupon which should have brought the cost down to $265. I checked my credit card and I was charged $305 for less than a hour's work. The technician was polite and efficient. I have no complaint with the service itself. The job was not difficult though but the communication was poor and the bill was excessive. as well was wrong.

My experience with Roto-Rooter by Info Plumbing & Drain Services was very positive. They came out, they did what they did what they were supposed to do and they did it very efficiently. It was a part of their coupon and so it was not their usual charge, they're pretty expensive normally, they just tend to run that way. The quality was great. They were very good. They did it with a coupon and it was quite reasonable.

We called the 800 number and within 1 hour Chad arrived at our home ready to fix our problem. He was very professional and courteous. He walked us through the entire repair and gave us suggestions on things we could do to help us prevent this from happening again. We will definitely be calling Roto Rooter again for any plumbing and drain issues.

They confirmed appointment Arrived on time Professional, friendly and knowledgable technician Technician wore coverups over shoes to not track in outdoor dirt onto floors and rugs as moved in and out of home to do the job (worked well as we do not wear shoes within our home so to not track in outdoor dirt) I was working in the kitchen with another professional on another job installation at the same time- congenial working environment Technician was thorough and professional. Greatly appreciate the good work. Highly recommend!

They called right away and actually did say that if we needed them that night after 10p they would be here to help us, however we were able to fix the problem with a home remedy.

He was professional but I had another plumber come out a week later and although he couldn't replicate the problem, he looked beyond the issue and found what the problem was for cheaper.

The service tech was extremely friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable. It was a very smooth and positive experience. Will use again for future plumbing needs.

The plumber missed the first appointment on late Friday afternoon, apparently due to greater than anticipated time on a job, but dispatcher called to apologize for the inconvenience, and to assure us that we would be number one on his list for Saturday morning. As promised, the plumber showed up about 8:30. He was professional in both appearance and manner, clearly explaining what he was doing at each step, and recommending one small repair. He was on the job on time and out in less than an hour. We had no problems with the service at all. I I wish your question as to whether we would use this plumbing firm again had a "maybe" choice in the answers. As I said, we were completely satisfied with the service we got, but when looking at the invoice I saw that the bill for one hour of labor was $250. Yikes! Fortunately, we had taken advantage of the 'big deal' that Roto-Rooter (the firm) was offering: $79 for $250 worth of llabor. So, the net cost to us was the price of the replacement line, which was $3.27. Makes me wonder a little about how $79 will actually cover $250 worth of work. Charles Murphy Durham, NC

Determined that leak under sink was problem with a 15-year old disposal. I purchased a disposal (not from RotoRooter) and technicial returned to install. The technician was punctual, very courteous and thorough. My experience with Roto Rooter was extremely positive. They were able to send out a technician in approximately two hours from the time that I purchased the deal on Angie's List. I would definitely use this company again.

Stan Sarlovakis arrived on time. Was very attentive when told what the problem was. Was extremely careful and tidy in both moving his equipment in and out as well as when he was working in the house. Was very analytical in identifying the cause of the problem. Was excellent in coming up with the solution.. Was conscientious in ensuring the job was completed correctly.

Everything went very well. Used a Big Deal and had no problem. The faucet had rusted so there was more work involved but had no trouble replacing it. I supplied my own faucet and it worked fine. There was issues with the values as rust had clogged them but they were cleared and faucet worked fine.

He was completely professional, responsible and fast. He did everything perfectly and efficiently. He even made us aware of additional coupon through Angies List that made the affordable service even more reasonable.

Everything was great. Jose (our technician) came out on Friday night to give us an free estiment on the work that we needed done. He was very good and explained everything that needed to be done. He even gave us some pointers on some things that we might want to consider. He was so great that we went ahead and requested him to come the next morning to preform the work. He arrived on time and knocked out the work in a timely manner. After complete he did a great job of talking us through everything he did and how we can maintain everything. If we had any questions or concerns he encourged us to call him. Overall the company was very efficient and easy to work with and we had a great technician.
