They did a good job I just thought they were very expensive.

I have used them several and they do a real good job. The price, they could reduce it tremendously. Had I not really needed the service quickly I would have looked around to have it done but it was pretty much an emergency.

It took them a while to complete the service. They were fairly promptly and worked until they got the drain unclogged. My interstions with them were very good. They were very pleasant and professional. The work turned out fine.

Swimmingly. They called about 30 minutes prior to arrival. The technician was very friendly and knowledgeable with about 15 years plumbing experience. He looked at the problem and gave me a quote of $211 + tax. After agreeing to the price he got right to work. He had the pipes apart, the clog cleared, and everything back together in about 30 minutes. He gave some good advice about using Drano as a last resort to clear clogs because it can damage the pipes. I would definitely use this company again.

Called the main number at 6:45AM. They said that someone would be out around 8AM but definitely between 8AM and 10AM. The technician - Sergiy - arrived around 8:30AM. He was very professional and quickly diagnosed the problem as a back-up in the main line outside the house. He advised of the price and the options and then went to work. He augured the line and cut through some tree roots, removing the clog. He then inspected the line with a camera and showed that the line had been broken by one of the utilities when they installed cable or pipe. He identified the exact location of the issue and provided an estimate for the repair. Overall service was excellent.

Plumber was 2.5 hours late vs. promised arrival time. Plumber was competent and fixed the clog. He was at the house for about an hour and charged $340. I was told that was Roto-Rooter's standard flat rate charge. I think that is gouging and I will not use them again.

The repair work out but I was charged over $2000 for less than three hours work. The only part was a small bit of piping. To say I felt "raped and pillaged" is an understatement. I only agreed to the work and price because they described it as an incredibly complex process that seemed like it would take about 10 hours and a whole crew of people. They also told me that they would fully dig up the area and ensure that there were no other tree roots that could interfere with my pipe. They only dug a small hole around a very small section and did not do the full area like I expected. Two guys in less than three hours - One did the digging of a small hole and one did the repair.

It was fine. They tell you what they are going to charge you and they do the job.

They were on time, they were quick, and they did a good job. The price was higher than I expected. I had no idea what to expect, and it was a lot cheaper than a new hot water heater. He knew exactly what was wrong and fixed it. I could have gotten the part a lot cheaper if I would have had the part and then had them install it. What stood out to me was his knowledge on what could be wrong. He was very knowledgeable of what was going on. There was one person who came to do the work. He was here about two hours to complete the work. He didn't make a mess, so that was fine.

My mom and dad used them for years and I think that is one of the reasons why I went to them. They were very professional. The appointment, they were on time. They were very, very good. They were very honest, very good.

The plumber Roto Rooter sent me the first time did not find source(s) of the leak but left and charged me for the work. When they asked me for their internal review, I stated the fact without asking anything. The manager sent me one of their master plumber next day and gave me his personal number in case of any issues. He found a source and fixed it free of charge. Then another leak! The manager sent me another master plumber who found a different source and fixed it free of charge. While I was not happy it took three plumbers to find the leakage (the master plumbers were GOOD!), I will give their effort to satisfy their customer A+++. A good company to do business with because they COMPLETE their job.

It went very good and theit cleanup was impeccable.

I contacted them and they guy came. He recommended that I replace my toilet and get a bigger trap. He said for me to just call them and he would come back and install it. But right now that will have to wait. They came out approximately an hour after I called. It was a bit more expensive because he came out on a Sunday. Just one person came out to do the job and it took about 45 minutes to complete after he snaked the toilet.

It was in the evening and they did it incorrectly, but didn't want to do it they just wanted to give me my money back. There was not anything positive about this visit. They were telling me that I was wrong when I called them. I had a plumber tell me that they completely did it incorrectly. He unblocked it from the street level opposed to going in and unclogging it from the house to the street. Another plumber came in and did a video of the line and stated that it was done properly. He was surprised that someone was just there and cleaned it. Rotor Rooter tried to agree with me and when they came out to correct it they did not even apologize to me because they saw it wasn't done. So why would someone use them again. When you have a major back up and you cant get a hold of some one. That could turn into a major problem if it ends up on the floor. The first one was a major issue and they just put a temporary fix on it and charged me for cleaning the whole thing. Then I called someone and they told me it was not done. It was not a good experience. If someone tells you after consulted that it was not done right they should believe the customer. They called me back and tried to argue with me on that it was done and ended up coming out and realizing it was not done. I would only use them again in an emergency situation.

It was coming back up a sink, there was a block in the house and had to be addressed right away. They had to go in and snake one of the lines that was blocked. They took care of it, but I've had issues in the past with them. They did take care of the problem but there were a lot of issues. When I called they said they would be out in an hour and I got a call an hour later saying they were running late. It seemed like every hour I was getting a call and they did not show up until 1:30am and left about 3am. They were suppose to be there at 11pm. The tech that came to the house, he seemed like he knew what he was doing but his equipment wasn't working. This electric snake that they use, he couldn't get the electric part to work. He must've known some electrical work and he had to Jerry rig something to make it work. He was working on that for about forty minutes. He was not unprofessional, he was professional, he went into house and found where it was and tried to do it the least expensive way. The equipment not working and showing up two hours late, made a bad impression. IT sounded like they went to other people instead of coming here. They said they didn't have anyone else in my area. They were very friendly on the phone. I do recommend they have equipment that works and be more specific on time. I cant say he was terrible, he did his best, it wasn't his fault the equipment was not working. At least he tried to fix it, must people would have walked away. He literally took one piece from something to make this thing work. If I didn't have an emergency I would not have been using them. I told them when I called that I had a problem with them in the past.

Stan provided excellent service. He was extremely knowledgeable, courteous and professional. He diagnosed the issue quickly and got right to work. He kept me informed along the way and worked diligently to get our drain lines cleared, even using a camera when our lines proved difficult to navigate. He had to cut into the pvc pipe in two places and reattached them with a secure fitting that can easily be removed if the lines ever need to be serviced in the future. He was respectful of our home and left the work areas neat and clean. He also provided me with several tips for how to keep our pipes healthy. The online scheduling service was so convenient - I requested an appointment online and Stan was out on the same day within a few hours. I would definitely use Roto Rooter again and request Stan!

The plumber could not find the source of the leak! I had a serious water leak from the ceiling of my master bathroom. It happened when one of my kids took a bath in the bathroom right above the master bathroom. I collected about two gallons of water within a very short period of time excluding water collected on the rugs and rags. The plumber could not find the source of the leak. He tested all three of the water sources, sink, toilet and the tub but no leak. He charged me one hour of labor (the exact amount of time since the arrival.) I am left with a huge hole in my master bath and an unknown source of the leak. It seems that he did everything he could have done to find the source of the leak but yet I am left with a bad taste in my mouth. Do I need a more competent plumber or experienced one? Their hourly rate seems to be VERY high. He charged me $211 (I used a coupon.)

We informed the scheduler that we needed someone who could service and flush a tankless water heater. The technician they sent could not do anything because he didn't have a flushing kit and typically only installed them rather than service them. After sitting in his truck for 30 minutes trying to find someone with a flushing kit, he came back with a $140 service bill and never even looked at the water heater. I give them a "C" rating because tech was nice enough unfortunately dispatch sent the wrong guy and we shouldn't have received a bill. The corporate office refunded us completely without any hassle and I appreciated that responsiveness.

They were extremely professional, courteous and thorough. They even saved me $ by suggesting to have the septic pumped instead of trying to break an additional clog, and they were right. After the septic was pumped everything returned back to normal. I'd definitely use them again.
