Our toilet was running. The guy fixed it, did a great job. He was late but it was a Friday and he stayed until 7pm to get the thing fixed. The poor plumber was clearly overbooked but he did a great job.

Adolfo was great! He showed up on time and did a great job getting the septic line cleared. We had already dug it up and just needed it snaked. Luckily I had bought the Angie's list coupon for $79 which gave me $250 worth of labor; that really cut the cost down. Adolfo was so nice, worked hard to get the line cleared (there were roots) and I was very impressed with his professionalism.

Service by Stan Sarlovskis (Technician #2439) was excellent -- prompt, professional, quick, and informative. Other technician Eddie Garcia also extremely helpful. Great coupon at the time, too, for the service, via Angie's List.

I wasn't really impressed with their work; they forgot to do an important part of the installation.

Our technician Adolfo showed up on time and was extremely polite and professional through out the entire job. Showed him the problem he laid out what he was going to do the charge for the service etc. About 20 minutes later my drain was working like new again. I would highly recommend Adolfo as he met all my expectations and more and it was a pleasure doing business with him.

Sluggish clogged drain was opened efficiently and cleanly by Keith Barker, Service Technician #3698. Not only did he unclog my drain but explained how the pipes ran and how the clogs form. He explained the 6 month warranty and gave me his contact information so I could call if I have problems or questions. He was professional, courteous, and efficient. It is so good to be able to use my kitchen sink again. I recommend Roto-Rooter to solve a clogged drain. (Sure beats 2 bottles of Drano and one of Liquid Plummer, plus a plunger that just made a mess and didn't fix the problem.) THANK YOU Keith from Roto-Rooter.

The service went very well. They do excellent work. The most recent time I used the company the response time was a little longer but I did call after hours. They called to let me know where the technician was and an estimated time of when they would be to my home. I really appreciated them keeping me posted. I called them out to repair the toilet and clear a blockage. I have used them 2-3 times. They have never disappointed me and always come out as soon as they can. They make sure to explain everything to me.

We had two sinks in the upstairs bathrooms clogged. The RR repairman was very professional, informative and kept me in the loop as to what he was doing. He cleared the clog,cleaned up, and advised me on what to do to maintain and prevent future clogs.

The tech was suppose to call but did not and came right at the end of the 2 hour window. however after getting here he explained everything and even mentioned the coupon on Angie's List.

There were no additional charges. I felt confident that they were doing a good job and I thought the price was reasonable. It was more than reasonable.

The gentleman was very nice and friendly. They did come out very punctually and quickly. They were able to get us on the schedule right away. They ended up not being able to fix the problem that we were having which were clogged drains in the bathtubs. We ended up going with a different company actually after the fact to go ahead and fix the drains. Roto-Rooter tried but was not able to fix the problem. Then, we decided not to go with them to continue with. There were no additional costs to the $79 Big Deal. They were significantly more expensive. We would probably not use them again in the future just because of the cost.

It went great. Service provider was on time and very professional. He replaced the valve in a timely manner. I the service call was $79.00 but I felt the cost for the parts was a little pricey. But over all the appointment went well and I was very satisfied.

I had the company swap out a toilet. I had already purchased the toilet. I had them install it.

Adam Webster was a wonderful technician, completing the installation of my new garbage disposal. He was prompt, and completed the service very fast. He was very professional and courteous. I would recommend Adam, and I will request him next time I have a plumbing issue.

Way too much money for the time spent (30 minutes). $300 in labor and $50 in parts. And the toilet still leaks. Rip off.

Tech was very friendly and knowledgeable, but price quoted for service to be done was 4X what Lowe's would charge for same job. Can't work with that kind of markup for a simple plumbing sink install.

Bob was great. Came out on a Saturday. Cleared the drain thoroughly and quickly. Did not push other products (though I did end up buying a product that should prevent this from happening again). Also, let me know about a promotion on Angie's List, which helped me save money. Plus, he is just a great human being. Very satisfied with the service.

I was very impressed with Stan, he was definitely THE MEN....He took his time to diagnose the problem and explained all steps he took to make me feel comfortable and educated on the problem with my sewer issue. The best part of this was Stan did not act like he was in a hurry for his next call , even though he got a couple phone calls he ignored them thus making me feel I was his priority at this time with no interruptions. This was really Hugh for me. Nowadays people are always in a hurry with lots of interruptions...... So thank you Stan. I was comfortable with having Roto Rooter do the entire work for me, because Stan made it easy and hassle feel. He made all the necessary calls and also made this sewer problem an emergency. The work started immediately on the same day [ Friday] By Saturday the excavation was done, I was able to see the work in phases. Today is Sunday, I have just noticed that my electrical lines to the outside electrical post has been snapped during the process, hence leaving me with no outside post lights. However, I do know that Stan and the company will handle this in a professional manner. I am guessing the City did not think to check the electrical line leading to the outside electrical post. I will give Stan a call and notify him, so he can follow up with the right person. I will complete my review after all the work is completed. For now I am pleased with the work in progress. Heard back from Gail within an hour of posting my question. An hour later Stan showed up to give a free estimate. The toilet was draining slow but not backing up as it hard a few days before. The tech told us about a special they were running and then ran the camera to check the main drain line. All clear. We will take the techs advice about what to do with the toilet, since he really knew what he was talking about.

This is a scam! They charge $79 for $250 worth of service. Then they gouge the price of the product (garbage disposal) and service. I live in a small townhome with a small/regular disposal. He spent 2 seconds to tell me I needed a new one. Not a big surprise but then said it would cost $420 to replace with service. With the coupon it would be an additional $170. This is absurd as you can easily find service and replacement for $200-250. Amazing how the numbers work out. The deal is there is no deal! Save yourself the scam! I called, they "explained", and talked of guarantees. They said no one would charge less than $300 for service! Bologna! I told the guy to leave my house immediately! And locked my door, I'd rather lose $79 than feel scammed or stupid. I just got a phone call as a "follow up" to the service call. I read him want I had wrote up the stupid line. He tells me that I am paying for their awesome name, million dollar insured team and admitted they take the same Home Depot garbage disposal that costs $100 at retail and sales it to you for $150. Double retail? I tell him exactly what I said about the pricing. He doesn't offer anything....no solution, refund ($79) or apology. Then when he realizes the futility, insists that he wants to get off the phone because I am ruining his day! What? Just like everything else with deal...ridiculous!
