Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup

They fixed the problem. I had no problem with the service. There was a mix up with the big deal. They came out the same day.

Techenician Adolfo2325 arrived 30 minutes after I placed the call. He was very professional and unclogged the toiulet in a few minutes. There was no messe to clean up. I would definitely use Roto-Rooter again.

It was fine. It wasn't exceptional. It was just average. They provided the service within a week from the big deal purchase. It was a 30 year old faucet and it had corroded so I couldn't change it myself. They actually had to come in. I wasn't there, my daughter was when it happened. I purchased a new one and I couldn't get the old one off so they removed the old one and put the new one on. My disappointment in them is my daughter's 25 and the guy asked her out on a date. The service and the quality of the work was fine. They got the job done and it was all taken care of. That last part maybe I would not want recommend that specific individual to anybody but obviously, I would have no way of knowing who got sent out so I couldn't refer them. I paid $5 additional over the purchase amount that they offered. I got home and the water faucet was put back in the tub. It was great and it worked fine. The inappropriateness, I would put it at an F because it was uncalled for. I would use them again but I would specifically ask not to have that individual.

The provider came out to the house to diagnos a leak in the bathroom. Cut holes in the walls. The cost ended up being more than the Big Deal so they advised me to save that Big Deal for a smaller project.

He arrived on time and was friendly and courteous. He informed us of what the problem was, and was able to explain the hows and whys it was not working so that my daughter and I could understand. He then fixed the problem in a timely manner and cleaned up any mess that was made.

Took a little time to recognize the leak but work was completed .

The first individual had a lot of trouble installing our garbage disposal and was unable to complete the job, but Roto-Rooter sent out a more experienced person who was able to get it all repaired and completed the job for us. The first guy had to go back and forth to the home improvement store quite a bit and was over at the house for a really long time and it was kind of invasive to what we had going on. That was the main problem, it was like he was never going to get it done. We were able to contact them and they had somebody else come out and finish it. In the end it got done and the job was completed as desired, but it wasn't the smoothest process because the person that did the job was not being as well trained or skilled as the other guy that came out. I just paid the original Big Deal price.

Ronnie was very professional he came to my house twice because I had to leave to pick up my son. He was prompt and professional .I hardly knew he was there. I had lot done and used the angie list coupon so it ended up costing us 250.00 less.

Whole process took about 10 minutes and the retail price for the service was over $300. Thankfully they were running a coupon on Angie's List. The tech told me their prices were going up this year. Do yourself a favor and buy at drain auger from your local improvement store. It will pay for itself in one use - don't get stuck paying these ridiculous prices because you are a unprepared homeowner like I was.

Soso. When they got here, they wanted to give me a big pitch of what all they could do and it was expensive. When I indicated I wanted to think about it and not sign the contract right away, the guy became real rushed and indicated he wanted to leave.

Keith phoned prior to coming to the home. He was prompt and very courteous. He explained the process for the basement. Explained the pips may have roots growing through & blocking the pipes & that it's possible the pipes may have been damaged by roots. Attempting to clear the pipes could cause further damage as the pipes are perforated to begin with. Keith wanted us to understand the risks if we elected to have the drains cleared. Keith was very professional, helpful & informative. Keith also let us know about the opportunity for savings using Angie's List. We would definitely use Roto Rooter again , as well as recommend their services. We would definitely request Keith, he's terrific.

I was very impressed with the overall service. I tried to get four different service providers out on a Saturday as I had a back up in one of my pipes. I had water coming out of the downstairs toilet. I needed somebody fast as we could not use the water. Roto-Rooter was there within a couple hours on a Saturday. Adolfo, the technician was very thorough, professional and got the job done.

I bought this coupon believing that their rates would be comparable to other providers in the area, sadly they were not. Roto-Rooter charged approx. double for same services I had been quotes previously. I ended up giving the technician the entire $250 coupon for fixing a leaky faucet installed by a family member (which was quoted by RR at ~$75) b/c I didn't see myself using them again for anything in this space. Nice guy, got there on time, but their prices were through the roof, just beware.

Adolfo Tabora (Service Technician 2325) showed up and was professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. He quickly identified the issue, gave us our options, and executed the service. He even gave us some other helpful tips to make sure we don't encounter the same issue in the future. Unlike others we have experienced, he was also very careful carrying and placing heavy equipment so as not to damage our newer home. This is the first time we used Roto Rooter, but because of the outstanding service we received we consider ourselves new customers for sure.

The plumber did end up spending quite a bit of time at the house diagnosing and fixing the issue. We used a discount/deal that we purchased which helped with the total cost tremendously. I typically assume the national name plumbing companies would be pricier but I was wrong. We've tested the shower many times since the repair with no problems, plus it's guaranteed for a year.

The techs were on time and very professional and took care of the problem very quickly and w/o additional expense.

Provider (Alfonso) snaked lines from both clean out traps on our house, he did find a small amount of tree roots. He felt the other provider should have snaked before the high-powered water and that would have found the roots also. Alfonso then camera'd the lines while we watched and ensured us that everything was cleared. He reminded us to use as little paper as possible and other tips, and also suggested a pipe lubricant/cleaner be used monthly in all drains. Alfonso was very professional and knowledgeable. He was friendly and polite. He was also knowledgeable about Angie's list and the $79 coupon deal available which we naturally took advantage of; reducing our cost of service to approximately $150. (including the lubricant) Thank you for taking care of our problem in a professional manner. I will not hesitate to recommend this provider and they'll be the first I call if I ever need them again.

They came out for an inspection and fixed our shower nozzle. We were very happy with them.

One of our tenants called us with a plumbing emergency over the weekend. Roto-Rooter sent out a technician within 2 hours who was able to diagnose the problem and give me an estimate. He would have purchased the parts and worked on it right away, but due to the tenant's schedule, we rescheduled for the following morning. The next technician that came out, brought the needed parts with him and got right to work. He fixed the problem very efficiently. Everyone that I spoke with on the phone (dispatchers and technicians) were extremely helpful, professional, and kind. I was also able to use an Angie's List coupon to get $250 worth of labor for just $79. Great deal. Solid company. I will definitely use Roto-Rooter in the future.

Keith Baker was the Service Tech that came out he was real nice and answered all my questions that I asked. He was successful able to clean the main drain so it would be unclogged, but advised that the main issue was a grease build up and that what he done was only going be a temporary fix. He suggested that a water jet service would clean the main drain as new but declined because of short on cash. But if we decided to have that service I wouldn't hesitate on calling Roto-Rooter.

Called Roto-Rooter after septic tank pumping company drained my homes grease trap. Had a major grease build up that needed to be snaked. Called and Steve from Roto Rooter showed up. Cleaned the drain pipes and also snaked the lines going to my septic tank. Broke up so some huge pieces of grease that I would have never thought about. They cleaned up the mess and even refilled the hole over the trap. They were a huge help. I kept his card and will definitely call him in the future. Service was superb. To date the sink still is draining better than it ever has!!!!!!

Alphonso was a respectful and knowledgeable young man who came in listened to the problem and provided me a quote. He offered some cost saving solutions to consider here on angies list which took about $125 off my total bill. The job was completed in about 1.5 hours, start to finish. We had a clogged kitchen sink, we live in an older home. Alphonso provided us some insight about avoiding sink clogs and made sure we were satisfied with the work.
