They were very good. We have used them a couple of times before. From what I recall we did not have any issues.

He was on time and courteous. He was about to leave when i asked him if he snaked 2nd vanity and he said i didn't tell him it was stopped up. He finished everything in 15 min and left a colossal mess! $340.00 for 15 min work i think is ridiculous. Would never ever have them out again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Had Plumber inspect water heater due to bad pressure valve and was told that water heater had a hole in the bottom and needed to be replaced. Was then quoted $2,900 to replace water heater that I later had replaced for $720. Not only did they lie about hole, they tried to charge me around $2,000 in labor for around 2 hours of work. Don't use this company.

They gave me a 4 hour window for them to come look at my water heater. They called and said they were Running behind because of all the snow. We had a light snow dusting so I wasn’t sure what the travel issue was. I rescheduled for the next day and they gave me a 10am-2pm window. At 1:30 I called and got transferred to someone who told me the technician wouldn’t be there for another hour or so. I had a 2:15pm appointment so I ended up just cancelling the service call. What good is a big deal when you can’t even get the company to come out and do the work in a timely fashion?

The tech did a great job. The faucet is old and the parts not easy to find. He was able to make it work.

It was fine but I was a little disappointed that there was an extra cost. They got the job done in about 90 minutes. The scheduling was good and they were prompt.

David Guin came out and did a terrific job for us on a Sunday afternoon. He was professional, friendly and knowledgeable. He had not planned to install a toilet when he arrived but graciously agreed to do that for us since we had purchased one earlier in the day on the chance that our current toilet couldn't be fixed. He had a smile on his face the entire time and was a joy for my husband and me to work with. I intend to call and ask for him specifically whne we need a plumber in the future.

All went very well. I have free flowing water. Also the restoration people came and took care of all needed; promptly.

It was very good. It went over the big deal price. I paid you guys to get that, I thought I was paying for the service, I didn’t know I would have to pay more when they come. So I guess it needed more explanation but it was still cheaper than paying $250 but I just thought that when I paid $79 to Angie’s List that I had in fact paid the man when he came out but he said it would be $50 some more. They were on time. They did a good job. They cleaned up everything. I had no complaints. It was a reasonable price.

The service worked out beautifully. I definitely appreciate it. I did not have any dislikes. Actually, the roto-rooter guy told me about why he was there and I did everything right there while he was there. The $79 Big Deal was definitely excellent. I had no complaints at all. It was excellent all the way through.

This deal was terrible. It was for a small coupon, but it did not hardly cover any of the cost of the work. The service that I needed was for the clearing out of some drain lines.

He said he was giving me something that was 16 dollars for free, but that didn't make sense. Ended up costing more, actually double than what Lowes was going to charge me.

I purchased a big deal for them. I paid for that. It was a good deal if they would have been able to do anything for me. I paid $79 for nothing. They came out, but they couldn't do anything. I basically just gave them my money. I don’t know if I had not purchased that deal if they would have charged me that much money to come and see if they could do the work. They got here, and they couldn’t do the work that I had paid that deal for. They were there for half an hour. They were really nice and on time. I didn’t have any other issues; they just couldn’t do the work.

It was a good experience. They were very helpful during the entire process.

I've done this work previously, myself. It would take no more than 2 hours to do. I just didn't want to do it due to my own time constraints. The estimate the vendor provided was >$400. It was cheaper $388 to have them just install a completely new toilet. I though their pricing for this job was absurd. In all fairness, they were punctual and the workman was courteous.

He was ok. His knee was hurt so he was not able to crawl under the house, but he did a good job.

Very friendly in the office and making an appointment was a breeze. They had availability the next day and arrived on time. In fact they called about 30 minutes before scheduled to arrive. The service man was friendly and thorough in explaining everything. He didn't provide a written estimate and guesstimated for me before doing the service that same day. He added in a bunch of discounts which was great. Unfortunately he missed the Angie's List discount, which was supposed to have been marked on my account to apply toward my service. Very nice and pleasant and I am definitely going with this company for my future needs. Highly recommended!

Toilet repair went so so, chain slipped off second time toilet was flushed and I had to put back on, since then all has been well. I had been told by another plumber that leaking facet could not be repaired that parts were no longer available and that it would need to be replaced, he very quickly replaced the part and it works fine.

John removed all of the pieces and put in a complete set of trap pieces and fixed the loose faucet. John was great. He explained everything to us. He let us watch and then he showed us what he did to fix the problems. The customer service department was very helpful by calling me ahead of time. In fact, within 30 minutes of purchasing the deal from Angies List they called me with a plumber ready to go and met me. I wasn't expecting that and wasn't ready, so we scheduled it for the next day. They called me early the next day and wanted to know if the could arrive before noon. I called the floor guy and he said that the new tile floor would not be ready until after lunch. So, right after lunch they called and confirmed that the plumber could come over. Timing was perfect. John got there at 2:00. He was very professional, helpful and friendly. We had a really good experience because of the customer service department and Big John the plumber.

The guys installed a new kitchen faucet. Simple job. It was done very quickly and with a minimum of fuss. Checked water pressure. Great service at a reasonable price (only 50.00 + my Angies list coupon.

The workers were very polite and did a good job. They were prompt- right on time. I would recommend them to friends and family.
