Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup

Dave came out and snaked the commodes. He also gave me a lot of training advice. The information will save me calls and stress in the future. Super help.

The tech, Chris Lane, for Roto Rooter was on time, friendly, knowledgeable, polite and ready to help with our problem. He kept working until he finally unclogged the drain. He was personable and nice to work with. Chris did an excellent job! Roto Rooter kept in contact with us on the phone as to when we should expect Chris Lane to arrive. We would definitely call Roto Rooter in case of another such problem.

Three trips to the house to find out repair was not completed and problem continued, but each told it was fixed. The issue WA overflow value was not mounted correctly.

He came and gave an estimate and he acted as if he knew nothing. We don't have the tools to install it , he came in and said that he didn't not see enough parts here and that he felt like he could not complete the work . And we have not heard anything from them since

Roto-Rooter answered the phone late at night when I realized my sewer was backed up. They were very responsive and set me up with an appointment right away. They also directed me to call the town first to come check out the issue to make sure it was not the towns fault. It was of course on mine side of the property. David took care of the issue and was great to work with and soooo nice. Thanks David and team for helping me out.

Their prices are just a little high.

The service was okay. The cost ended up being more and the 2 hours was built up with traveling.

It worked out okay and we have not had any problems.

Great!!!! just had so much trouble trying to take the old toliet seat off because of the screws scrip and very hard to come off from my Husband point of view he tried every tool in his too box......But when Roto-Rooter (Maxim) the service Tech came he Repaired it in Minutes and myself I was Please. THANKS. ROTO-ROOTER

The plumber was very helpful and went above and beyond to help detemine the pluming issue. He was very pleasant to work.

To keep it short because this guy (Maxim) was Great with his profession and always courteous and I am so Happy.

We had previously used the company to repair a toilet approximately a year ago. Another toilet in the home was having the same issue so we called roter rooter to repair. When they arrived their estimate was $280. We declined. I ended up fixing the toilet with a $3 part (the flap) myself. For $280 I could have a NEW toilet installed. I feel that the company was price gouging. I will NEVER call them for service again.

I bought the $25 for $75 service. I called the provider and scheduled service. I asked what was the minimum charge for coming out and was told there was no trip charge. When the provider arrived he looked at my washing machine which had a very slow intake of cold water due to buildup from being on a well. He told me what he thought he needed to do and that it would be $199 minimum. I thanked him and said we would get someone else to do the work. I called a different plumber that I found by googling. His minimum trip charge was $85, and that's what I paid him and my washer is working well again. I'd like my $25 back but didn't think it was worth fussing about.

David arrived on time, cleared the roots clogging the outside pipe and gave excellent advice for prevention of future problems. He was most professional and courteous. I have never been disappointed with Roto-Rooter's service.

Went well.. Quickly taken care of, no mess

He called ahead of time to confirm appt., was friendly and professional in manner, and handled the plumbing problem resourcefully and swiftly. On the other hand he seemed unaware that this was an Angie's List appointment, and wrote a bill for $199; I had to download a copy of the Angie's List coupon and print it out for him, and then he re-wrote the bill for $124.

The hot water heater pipe in my utility room was cracked and created a big mess in the room. There is water all over the wall, ceiling and floor. Jack came, diagnosed, and fixed the problem promptly.

I called at 9:30 Monday morning for a problem we were having with our shower faucet, and Herbert was out to look at it in less than an hour. He was extremely pleasant, professional and knowledgable, and explained all the options; he even gave me tips on how my husband could fix it himself. Although we didn't actually use them for the repair, I can't thank and recommend them enough. I wouldn't even consider calling anyone else for our future plumbing needs.

I called late at night after I had a flood from a backed-up drain and they scheduled me for the first appointment the next morning. The technician was courteous, professional, fixed the problem, cleaned everything up,and triple checked that everything was working perfectly. He left me with a 6 month guarantee of service, and a preventative pipe conditioner to use on all the pipes in my home. The service seemed very expensive, but the service itself was great.

Jack came out and was simply wonderful - prompt, knowledgeable, professional, friendly, trustworthy. My undermount kitchen sink had become dislodged from my countertop and I had called several providers about coming out to take a look. Roto-Rooter sent Jack out who reported to me that given the situation it could be a costly repair if I had a professional do it (necessitating more than one visit to my home), but, instructed me how to do it myself for next to nothing (and I did it!!!). Roto-Rooter might have lost a profit on this visit (a Sunday appointment, so convenient for those of us that work, for the estimate was free of charge), but the good-will Jack engendered is priceless. Next time I have a plumbing issue I'll call this Roto-Rooter branch, and will recommend them to others as well. Thanks Jack!

They did come out and took at the issue that I was having. They determined that it was just a loose hose, but they wanted to charge me $200. I questioned this and then they tried to sell me drain cleaner that I did not need. In the end, I ended up not paying anything, but I do not like being asked to purchase something that I do not need.

We worked with Jack Fried, who's an exceptional technician. He expertly diagnosed the issue. Additional work is required to complete the job. Love this company and cannot recommend more highly.
