Description of Work: They unstopped a drainline. He did a good job, was courteous and cleaned up after himself. There was a slight miscommunication with the technician regarding the Big Deal coupon.

Description of Work: We had a backed up drain that was backing up into all sinks and toilets. This plumber showed up at 8 pm and worked till 11 with a cheery attitude and got it all clear. He was great and told US about the discount so that we could apply it immediately.

Description of Work: Attempted to clear blocked main sewer line. Worked at it as much as possible but could not break thru. Showed me the video (from inside the mainline). I authorized them to dig up and replace the blocked section of pipe. Within less than 24 hours of the original call they had cleared a 5 foot root blockage and repaired and reburied the pipe. Their service person was prompt, kept me informed at each step along the way, and their work is warranted. While I probably contacted them initially based on name recognition, I would use them again and highly recommend their service.

Description of Work: These folks were awesome. They came out after an ice storm and communicated so well about their schedule. The service technician was so helpful and honest. We did not have the problem we thought and he did not charge us for work we didn't need.

Description of Work: The main water pipe broke in front of the house. Since the even happened late at night, I sent an inquiry via the company's online request form. I received a call from them first thing in the morning and they were able to schedule an emergency repair for that same morning. The repairman showed up within 30 minutes of the phone call. The repairman, John, was able to locate the damaged pipe accurately so only the repair area needed to be dug. Tree roots needed to be cleared out to make the repair, but John was vary conscientious of not damaging the root system to the tree. He also made sure that there was enough "give" in the new pipe to allow for additional tree growth without damaging the water pipe. The repair itself took longer than anticipated, but John kept his humor and professionalism throughout the repair and keep me up to date on his progress. A frustrating event was made tolerable by the efficiency of the repair and service. I would definitely use them again.

Description of Work: They came same day I called. Repairman left to get piece needed for faucet repair, but could not find it. New faucet was needed. He returned the next morning to install the new faucet that required purchasing the night before. Faucet works great. My good deal became an even better deal according to normal faucet install rates I was shown. YES, I WOULD CALL THEM AGAIN.

Description of Work: The disposal was bad and the replacement was over $494 including installation. That disposal cost less than $100 at the local home store. My elderly parents were told that the price would be about the same to remove and replace the old disposal with pipes. |I'll never use or recommend them.

Description of Work: This was a Angie's deal.......$49.00 we pay up to $250.00 of their fee. |Their fee was Over $300.00 to unblock a kitchen sink drain which I thought was high...however they were on time,pleasant and drains work fine now so it was worth the $ we paid $130.00 glad we had the Angie's deal.
