Description of Work: Cleaned out main sewage line. It was a midnight call on a Friday. The tech was amazing and would not leave until I was satisfied. | |Gave me tips on other plumbing projects I had. I would recommend him to anyone and use him for anything plumbing related. Description of Work: We were told by the repairman upon arrival that Angie's List had a substantial coupon running for their service. I joined Angie's List specifically to get the coupon, but there was not a coupon available for me to use. We were told by the repairman he was never informed by his office the coupon had expired on on Angie's List. Poor communication from the office resulted in a stiffer bill to be paid than expected. Besides that, our repairman was awesome! Our new faucet is running beautifully.

Description of Work: I have "mixed feelings"--the person they sent to us the first day, worked very hard for many, many hours but ended up saying I need to purchase a new toilet (which we did NOT need because when it was installed, we had the same problem as with the old one!). He finally left about 7 pm & some other technician came the next morning & found the problem (the 1st one said he had cleaned out the "line" but the 2nd one said the first one did not get all the debris (roots, etc) that was in the line so that is why the toilet continued to "back up"--not that we needed a new toilet. Stephanie in the office was very nice & polite when I spoke with her but still it was a rather "unnerving" experience & I can't decide whether or not to call them again...(The 2nd person who came was very knowlegable & efficient)

They evaluated the line, cleared the clog, and cleaned up the mess quickly and efficiently. We had an Angie's List coupon that helped with the cost. We would use them again, particularly for emergency services.
