Description of Work: Cleared a partial clog in pipe my washing machine drains into. Washing machine would overflow onto floor. My efforts could not resolve this. I was able to use the timely Angie's special for the service ($79 for $250 plumbing service), saving me $171! This had been a chronic problem, and has not recurred. Description of Work: Took 2 1/2 hours to put in 2 pipes. Should have pipes on truck. Had to go to Lowes to pick up one 10 foot pvc pipe. Charged $ 179.00 an hour labor. I think I was ripped off. I was charged $ 521.38. I paid Angies list $ 79.00 plus $ 9.99 for a 1 year subscription. This was to knock off $ 250.00 of the labor charge. I think the charge was jacked up to cover the charges. I am very disapointed with the whole situation. I was told I would get a magazine to to me of other services and discounts from Angies. I have gotten nothing but e-mails. | | |Disgusted | | |

Description of Work: Changed out kitchen faucets. I originally let them choose the replacement faucet and he went to the store and brought back a cheap one but due to him charging it on the company cc it was about double the price. Well after it was installed and he left, the water line that was hooked up to the sprayer just came off and there was water all over under the sink. I called the company and he returned the following day and he installed one that I bought from a store. All is fine since then
