Description of Work: We had an emergency call for a pipe leak at night, so they were short handed. We were told they would come between 6 and 10pm, but by 11pm no one had arrived. We ended up rescheduling it for morning, as we did not want to stay up all night waiting. They did come in the morning and eventually resolved the problem. When he first turned the water back on, the leak didn't show up right away, and he was going to leave. But then the leak came back and the plumber was able to fix the pipe. |We understand that it is hard to be punctual when other emergencies take longer, but would have appreciated better communication about it, rather than waiting so many hours. Usually we have excellent service from Roto-Rooter

Description of Work: Replace the shut-off valve under sink and relocated a spigot from underneath the deck. I would give straight A's but am concerned that the use of a flexible line in the crawlspace might not be up to code. But I'll worry about that when I sell the place. Very professional plumber!

Description of Work: Asked plumber to add a washing machine supply line cut off. What he put in a less convenient system then what was replaced. I asked the plumber to tighten a kitchen faucet after about ten minutes he informed me he couldn't do it. I was able to do it later in about 3 minutes. Lastly when asked to address a bathroom tub shower valve from Delta he said he did want to do it. I went to Lowes bought the part and fixed it myself

Description of Work: The guy who came out was great. I just wanted him to replace the disposal, something I could do myself, but figured they could do it better. I was surprised when he said the standard cost was over $300 (again for an hours work) and I would have to pay the difference between my $250 coupon. We talked it through and ultimately he did it for the $250 coupon and did it fast and well. He ended up being a a true pro!
