Description of Work: He came out to fix a running toilet. He showed up on time and was very courteous.

Description of Work: It was $159 for a 7 minute job for which I had the part..after my Angie's list coupon. There were other things I wanted them to do but declined because of the pricing. Called my old plumber who had been out of town and he did them quickly at a reasonable price. Also a bit of a language barrier with the Roto-Rooter guy...........nice chap but could barely communicate.

Description of Work: Had water main leak. Asked RR on the phone if the plumber could isolate the leak using sound equipment (line ran under walkway). Plumber stated that he could not pinpoint without digging. I could dig or he could for $200 per hour. He looked fatter than me so I dug. Found the break (not under walkway) and then called Mike the Plumber to repair main and move my PRV down closer to the meter

Description of Work: I purchased a big deal for $75 worth of plumbing services. When they came out they said it would be $299 of labor costs to replace the parts in the toilet tank. Over the phone he mentioned that it would cover the $75 of work, but he never said how much it would cost to do the work I needed.

Description of Work: I called this company to do a couple of what should be small jobs. The technician was extremely polite and professional and clean. Unfortunately, when he reinstalled the shower fixture he did it in such a way that hot was cold and cold was hot. He did come back and switch this back for us. The price was certainly more than what I expected. We purchased a "hot deal" for a certain amount of credit for about half the price. I thought it would be more than enough even for a plumber's normal charges. I ended up paying a good deal more than I expected on top of the deal.
