Description of Work: I had a big leak under my kitchen sink on a Sunday midday, water running across the floor from the under-sink cabinet. I called several plumbers, and Roto Rooters came 2 hours later, diagnosed the problem, and didn't charge extra for the Sunday call. The problem was a leak in my faucet. I went and purchased another one, and the plumber came back that evening and installed it so that I could use my sink for the morning. He was professional, competent, and concerned about my situation. The company should also be commended for offering service on the weekends without extra charge.

Description of Work: The option I chose was to get a deduction of $75 from the bill in return for a payment of $25. The serviceman was a plumber and will only give an overall estimate for the job. So I couldn't whether he increased the estimate to offset the discount I purchased. I will never buy such a structure again.

Description of Work: I needed an outside drain unclogged and scheduled a service call. The confirmation e-mail said between the hours of 9:00 am and 9:00 am. After waiting an hour, I called the company and they said the time should have read 9:00 to 11:00. I left the property and headed to the office when the dispatcher called and said the technician was on the way. I returned to the house and waited another hour before calling back the dispatcher who informed me that he was 10 minutes away. Carlos was very professional and the job was performed to my satisfaction.

Description of Work: I purchased the big deal for a new dryer installation. I figured it shouldn't cost that much for less than an hours work. But when the service man came he gave me an estimate of $250. Ridiculuous up charge. I declined the service and want a refund for the purchase. By the way, I ended up with another service company that charged $105; much more reasonable.
