Description of Work: The toliet was rocking back and forth. His solution was to caulk under and around the toliet. It looks terrible and now it flushes for 3x longer (this was not even the original problem). |

Description of Work: Bought $250 in labor for $70. The job was to replace outlet valve and pipe of the toilet. The list prices in provider's book are too high compared to price quoted by local unlisted plumbing company. $250 in Labor was used-up for only about 30 minutes of actual labor time. The service provider did not have enough parts on the truck, so the parts were purchased by home-owner at local Lowes and were not be covered by warranty. The project was completed satisfactorily and the provider was professional and arrived in time.
