Description of Work: He evaluated a severe leak that was coming from the kitchen faucet after the main water was shutoff. He suggested I go buy a new faucet, one that I wanted, and he would come back and install. He did and his inspection of the faucet was that 2 gaskets had broken inside. I was surprised as it was a Moen faucet. It hasn't leaked since with the new faucet. He also gave me the name of a Flood remediation company to get a free estimate on the damage. (it was a lot), who I checked out and ended up using.

Description of Work: The shower faucet was leaking. Another plumber told me I needed to change the whole "h" valve. I wanted a second opinion so I did not use the first plumber. Big mistake. Roto router man said he could change the washer and it would solve the problem. He quoted half the first man's price. So... I did what anyone else would do I gave him the job. After he changed the washer the pipe started to leak in the wall! The first plumber warned me this might happen but I didn't believe him. BIG mistake. Although the plumbing was done correctly ...eventually. The man took 5 hours to do a two hour service. And he charged me $200 more than the first guys quote! I would not hire him again.
