Description of Work: EXTREMELY pleased with this service! I had what I thought was a major leak in a pipe in my garage. I spoke to an operator who was clear and polite, promised service that day and would call me to confirm thirty minutes before the technican arrived. They did just that. The service man, Alex, was polite, neat and got right to work. The truth is, I expected a lot of work would be required and there would be a stiff bill, but Alex pointed out a simple matter of tightening several nuts by an outside valve and the problem was fixed and he was on his way. He also informed me of other services ARS offers and I will be taking advantage of them come Spring. I will absolutely use this company again as needs arise.

Description of Work: The plumber Doug came to do an estimate. He did a very good job with the estimate and he was very thorough. I chose not to use this company because the prices were much higher than independent plumbers are but if you are after speed, Roto Rooter can have a plumber there for you within 1-2 hours.
