Description of Work: Christian came out on time and provided an estimate for the removal of several trees. He indicated that the removal of additional trees would quality me for a 15% discount that would amount to $450 rather than the $400 coupon that I purchased. The reason that I am giving a B grade is because, I would think that they would apply the coupon and then take the 15% off the balance. I was told it was an either or situation. So I have opted to ask for a refund on the coupon and will take advantage of the higher discount this fall.

Description of Work: the owner called me back immediately and i described what i needed done. he said that he couldn't schedule any work until at least july. he was booked until then. he said that i could get a refund.

Description of Work: Will came and gave me the cost. Which was $850.00 to take down half a Mulberry tree and two other small trees. At the time he said that it would be $450.00 for half the mulberry. So Saturday I was of the understanding that I would have to pay an additional $450.00 for three trees. Today I called to cancel the small trees and he said the total cost would be $800.00. So I still owe him $400.00. Which I decided was more than I wanted to pay.

Description of Work: No work was performed. The provider just wasn't able to do the work soon because of a back-log.

Description of Work: They cut down a dead tree and ground up the stump leaving nothing.

He told me exactly what requested services would cost, the time frame that work would be performed within and exactly what would be done. They did a particularly good job of cleaning up after all work was completed. I will use them again!

Description of Work: The tree service rep was very promt and courteous. We met and discussed the service that would be delivered for the money and we both decided since I was wanting a small number of trees taken down that the value was not there. The tree service is a better deal if you have a large number of trees taken down.

Description of Work: I needed to have our crepe myrtles pruned without having them "butchered". Christian was very knowledgeable, punctual and professional. He did a great job and I'll be calling him again the next time I need some pruning done.

Description of Work: They took down several trees that were encroaching on the property, topped a tree that had broken and cleaned everything up before they left. THey did the work while I was at work and when I returned, I could not tell that hey had been here except for the excellent work they had done.

Description of Work: Excellent service, went above and beyond trimming the branches. Excellent clean up of the tree debris, plus they removed all the fallen leaves from the front yard, driveway and back decks. Highly recommend.

Description of Work: We had trees that had not been trimmed at work for probably 15 years. Christian and his team were hired to come out and re-shape, trim and basically breathe life into the 4 very large trees plus many others that needed to be trimmed. I

Description of Work: The young men did a good job. It was a small job, just taking down one tree. They were late showing up for the work, because of inexperience at scheduling (they are just starting out) and. They reduced the price for the job because of their tardiness, which I greatly appreciated. Both of them are very nice people, and I expect them to be more realistic about travel times between jobs in the future so that the tardiness will not reoccur.

Description of Work: Very professional...was not prepared to spend that much money but once I was told a huge tree was just about dead; I wanted it taken down before a storm caused it to come down and do real damage. I was also very happy with the pruning of trees and bushes. I would definitely use them again and highly recommend the company.
