Description of Work: I used Progressive Heating & Air to do the heating and air conditioning installation.

Description of Work: We had an emergency pipe burst and had to turn off the house water. The office help was excellent and promptly had a plumber call to set up a time to come and fix it. They sent a fellow named Steven. He got delayed due to someone else's emergency taking a long time, but rather than reschedule for the next day he came out in the evening. I had no problem with that as emergencies are difficult to manage. He had to cut some of our ceiling out to get to the leak and then replace two pipes. We are satisfied with the job. And he and his assistant cleaned everything up. Now, I just have to call my painter to repair and paint the ceiling!

Description of Work: Had two leaking pipes that were dripping in the basement. Progressive was able to get someone out first thing the next morning when I called (I declined the emergency service which was extra cost). Plumber was prompt, courteous, well-informed and fixed my problem quickly. The plumber with the original installation (new house, now four years old) had used brass water line fittings except in one spot where they used plastic fittings (must have run out of brass fittings). It was the two plastic fittings that finally had died after four years. Overall service was excellent; price was good; and I will use Progressive again.

Description of Work: Maintenance call for upstairs A/C unit. The representative was prompt and very respectful of my home. Each time he entered he placed booties on his shoes. After the service, he went over the invoice and explained expenses. Great experience!
