BEWARE!! Charges for electrician to visit is $199 if he appears after 3 pm (considered "after hours"). This charge does not include ANY diagnostic work - just the cost for him to appear at your door. Any diagnostics or repair work is in addition to this $199. Technician was professional, competent and thorough.

Came out same day to diagnose my heat pump problem. Came later than the window, but that was ok since it was the same day. I had a coupon. They told me the problem. Next day I received a call asking when I wanted a quote for a new system. I told them I wanted it fixed, granted my system is 8 years old. Quoted over $1000 for labor. Other company fixed the same quoted problem for $250.

They scheduled an appointment of this Monday (10/1) for me, confirmed that an electrician will be arriving in between 8am ~ 10am. It's 11:10 am, the electrician did not show up, and without a phone call to notify anything. Missing appointment! why this would happen? because they don't care!

It was in the dark with lamp and street light, we located the leak and repaired the water line. They were very good and timely. They did the job they were paid to do.

Replaced two 14 year old heat pump systems with two new high end gas furnaces and two air conditioning systems. Darryl did a great job working with us on the design and accommodating various special requests. Moses was a pleasure to work with on the install and was very respectful of the property and delivered great work. All of the older hardware was completely removed and the areas in the house were cleaned up. After a few weeks, the system is performing very well and we'll be continuing to use Progressive for ongoing maintenance.

It couldn't have been a more pleasant experiance. Dillon was very knowledgeable and their pricing was fair. Dillon showed up early, and completed the work in a timely manner. When he left, it was like he was never there. The cleanup was great, and I would recommend them to anyone! I dont have anything negative to say about them or my experiance. Dillon helped me pick out the unit and I purchased it myself. He actually picked up the unit from the store I bought it from, and took it to my home to do the installation. He also got rid of the old unit as well. He also installed a new showerhead that I had purchased. I wouldn't call anyone else in the future for my plumbing needs.

They did an outstanding job for me. My water heater that was installed in 2013 went bad. It was discovered that it was installed incorrectly and not up to code. They went above and beyond to fix the issues. They also informed me of the work and what I might expect. I highly recommend this hard working, honest and professional company.

Excellent, from start to finish. Their estimating process was very professional and friendly. No high pressure tactics were used. They arrived on time to do the work, and worked efficiently throughout the day. The system has been working perfectly since it was installed. I will probably be switching to Progressive from another company to do my semi-annual system checks.

They are an integrated service company for electrical, plumbing and heating and air. I carry a service contract with them each year that gives me a preventive visit for free in that cost plus 10% off any service that might come up during the year. It is a pretty good business plan. If you find someone who needs one of them, they will probably need all three. It is three separate visits because it is different technicians. I am very pleased with the service. When they did their preventative. They found a leaky toilet in one of the bathrooms. They replaced the part that was not functioning well. I have already noticed a decrease in my water bill because of it. I have used them for specific items for years. This is the first year that I have used them for a service contract for all three trades.

I had them come out because I had some concerns that my system was properly managing surges. They put on a whole house surge protector which I found a good value in. They are very professional. It was the service that I would expect from a certified professional. I had some specific concerns about some electronics pulling too much power. They addressed my issues. I have had no problems since it was put in. It was put in between the meter and breaker box. I have not seen amy problems and I was seeing problems before.

A technician showed up to my home and after a 5 minute inspection of my unit proceed to tell me that the problem was my heat exchanger and that it was broken in half. He then left telling me that he would have to refer my case on. After repeated attempts to call and speak to a manger over several days my calls were never returned. The receptionist I spoke with each time eventually because rude after my repeated attempts saying that she had given them my information and that they would call when they had an opportunity. This was over a period of 7-10 days. No one from the company ever returned my call. I eventually called in a competitor to get a second opinion and he was able to show me detailed pictures illustrating that my heat exchanger was not the problem and that it was actually in good condition. The issue was, in fact, a faulty valve. Perhaps if their technicians were better trained they might have been able to tell a heat exchanger from a valve. I will never do business with this company again due to their poor customer service and incredibly inept technicians.

Perfectly! The salesman was punctual to both meetings, and the installation crew arrived when I was told they would. Everyone was friendly, courteous, and careful. They did not leave until they were 100% satisfied that everything was done properly, was working perfectly, and the jobsite was clean. A week later, I think they nailed it. In addition, their price was about 25% less than two other quotes I got from other Trane certified comfort specialist dealers. Nice.

During the system replacement damage was done to my finished basement. The vendor took care of the damage. Later when a part (drain pan pump) needed replacing they quoted a cost 5 times the price via Amazon. I bought the item and replaced it myself.

A senior electrician came and measured everything and he noted that I would need a HVAC person as "duct" needed to be installed. After this they submitted to Home Depot that the installation would be at 95$. So I submitted the 30$ to home Depot for the work to start. Then the electricians came and said they were not informed vent had to be installed and they cannot take up the job since a vent & duct needs to be installed first and the company would submit a new quote to Home Depot. After this Progressive submitted a quote of additional 465$ for finishing the vent and duct work. At this point I just lost faith in this company and Home depot, both were trying to run a scam on me. I hired a general contractor who installed both the hood and vent with duct for 125$. I am disputing both the 65$ and 30$ with my credit card company as no service was provided only a tonne of notes were taken and even that was not properly communicated. This is the last time I would be asking Progressive or Home Depot to get any installation done in my house.

They did very good work. They were here two or three weeks after I purchased the service. There was one person that came to do the work. It only took one day to finish the work.

I called, got an answering machine during business hours and left a message. After four days with no response, I moved on to another contractor.

Fantastic. All work was completed in a timely manner.
