Description of Work: They didn't give a price up front to repair our walk-behind lawn mower but said it would be ready in a week. After 2 1/2 weeks we called and were told they would call US when it was ready. 4 weeks after drop off it was finally ready when our grass was to our waist! They did fix it so I gave a c.

Description of Work: Walk behind edger wouldn't start, and after I performed minor troubleshooting and maintenance, it still wouldn't start. They were able to quickly resolve the issue and get it running at peak performance. Price to repair was better than expected, and they even washed/cleaned the edger unexpectedly - looked almost brand new when I picked it up! Will definitely use them in the future for winterizing services and any other repair services.

Description of Work: They fixed a lawnmower that would not start and did a thorough job. Communication, however, was poor. I could not get an estimated completion date when I left the mower. After 3 weeks, I asked if I could pick it up in order to take it somewhere else, and I was advised that I could pick it up the next day. In fairness, I was advised that there were "about 200 mowers" already there for repairs. At the end of the day, I think the problem was too much work for too small a staff. Staff was polite and knowledgeable.

You dropped it off on 4-22-15 and the mower was invoice when you picked it up on 5-16-15. Three weeks and three days. Don't really know how we could communicate any better. Your bill was a total of $70.79
