Wonderfully. Initially when I called, Mike got back to me within half an hour, and we were able to set up an appointment for two days later. When he arrived he was pleasant and got right to work treating the space where we're adding an addition to the house. In the end he charged me a bit less than he had quoted me originally--I suppose because it was such a small job or maybe because I'm a senior citizen and found him through Angie's List. The charge was more than reasonable. I will absolutely use him again if the need arises. We have had some experience with another company in the past for some pest control and there is no comparison. Mike's the best!!!

This is a great company with wonderfully pleasant employees. Our technician, Mike, is alway prompt and calls when it is about time to schedule the Quarterly service. I would not hestiate to recommend them to everyone I know.

They always do a good job on the house and always come at the appointed time. They are always courteous and always clean. They are very responsive with us. We can contact the guy that works for us directly. However, if we need to get a hold of them for something it can be a little difficult to get through to their office.

They come quarterly. If there is a situation at times when they have to come back, then they will come back for free. They do a good job. Their price seems reasonable even though I have not compared their prices with any other company. Actually we had someone to give us a quote but it seemed quite a bit more. The guy who comes to our house to execute the work is very friendly.

During the initial visit the technician treated the outside of the house with a spray that would kill the ants that walked across it, and left bait at areas where ants were obviously trailing. The technician informed me that with the degree of infestation it was likely that a second or third treatment would be required, and it was, a month later. When I called back, the office gave me an appointment with the same technician (which is company policy) and he came out the next day to treat again. He remembered my problem areas, was courteous, explained exactly what he was doing, and finished quickly. I would definitely recommend this company. I signed a contact for year round treatment of pests, and the cost reflects that contract. However, they would have done a one time treatment (30 days guaranteed) for $80, I believe. The cost covers four yearly visits, and any additional unscheduled visits that I need are free.

I found some cockroaches and termites after they treated, and I was weirded out by that. The owner is wonderful. They are professional. The gentleman who comes and sprays is knowledgeable about his work. We have always had pleasant experiences with them, especially the owner. I am certain we are not going to go back to them because we found some cockroaches after the treatments that were still alive so that shows me that what they use is not effective. I would not judge them so harshly on the termites because they are everywhere around here, but the fact that they made it to my deck was a little concerning. That might mean that it was time for another treatment so I can't blame them for that. But the cockroaches I would. I may stay with them after the next treatment, but only for termite treatment.

The service tech was very friendly, thorough, and advised us of a plumbing problem that we were not aware of. He even rooted out a copperhead snake from our crawl space. That is your money's worth!

We found evidence of mice in our kitchen cabinets. We called that night and left a message with their answering service. They called back at 7:10am the next morning and had a technician out to us that afternoon. He sprayed the house for bugs and put mouse bait in our crawl space (we have pets, so didn't want any bait where they might be able to get to it). He pointed out possible areas of entry for mice so we could address those.

It's a good experience. I think there's a lot of turnover with their techs, but we've been pleased with service. They're good about coming back if needed.

They do great work. They call every quarter. They do a great job and we've enjoyed them. We have had ant problems after they left and they came back and respray at no extra charge. They are great and we would recommend them to others.

We have been very pleased with them! We had a very serious problem when we first called them, and they helped us get rid of the pests, so we decided to hire them to make sure we didn't have the same kinds of problems again. They're very courteous, helpful, and definitely punctual.

Anthony, the representative for my area, returned my calls immediately and interacted in a professional manner. He arrived on time for the appointment, briefly explained what he would do to conduct the termite test and embarked. A thorough assessment was conducted, and no termites were located. As such, no fee was required for the services. Overall, a very professional experience and an extremely fair rate! I would highly recommend for all pest control needs!!!

We have been using their services for about three years. They come out quarterly. We have a maintenance agreement with them and they call when it is time to make an appointment.

I called Wednesday evening when I came home from work and saw ants. After no return call, I called back Friday evening upon seeing ants after work. I got a call back at 7:30 Monday morning from Friday's call. I explained that I had called on Wednesday, and scheduled an appointment for that same day at noon. I waited 1 hour, called the office where the lady said she'd try to reach the tech, and 45 minutes later, I went back to work without speaking to the tech. The tech called me in the evening, scheduled an appointment for Thursday, and showed up within 5 minutes of the appointed time. The ant treatment was effective. I sent an e-mail on Monday evening to the company and received a call back Tuesday from the same fellow who called Monday morning. I explained my problems reaching them after hours, and his recommendation was that I call during business hours. I suggested he might have trouble with dropped messages through the answering service, and he quickly rose to the defense of the answering service, nearly denying that I had placed the Wednesday evening call. My experience with the tech for my area, James, has been exemplary. My experience with the guy who returns calls at the main office has been sour. I have James's direct number and plan to contact him directly for future needs.

Al was very friendly and worked efficiently. He was punctual. Even though we saw ants and roaches three days later, we called, and he came and sprayed again. We did the one time service--if you see insects within the 30 days, they will come and spray again. Hopefully, the bugs will stay away longer.

Have not noticed any bugs since the spray. We initially wanted a one-time service but when we learned how reasonable their quarterly service was, we signed up. They let us change our $90/1 mo. guarantee service to a $60 service/1 year guarantee (with contract).

Wow! The morning that the new foundation wall for my addition was finished my general contractor told me we needed to have the "pre-treat" done to pass inspection, so I called Pand T Consultants. They happened to have a guy out doing a job near my neighborhood. That very day, within a few hours, the job was done. Note that the paperwork the guy has to do for this kind of job takes about twice as long as the spraying job itself; that's code for you. Courteous, thorough, and professional service, delivered with impressive efficiency.

We are pleased with the folks from this company. They always send out the same serviceman, which is a real plus. They are also willing to come as often as necessary if a problem arises. We had fire ants at one point and they were out three times in a two week period to treat for them at no extra charge. We have used them for three years and will continue to do so.

I recommend them to everybody. The service is great and the chemicals they use really work. They are hard working and very professional. The price is great and every time they come they make sure that I am satisfied with the work before they leave. They are awesome. I am charged per application.

We have the same technician come to our home each time. He is polite and conscientious, removing his shoes before coming in the house. We are very pleased with the service and would highly recommend them.

I have been a customer of theirs for 3-4 years. They are inexpensive. They come out 4 times a year and spray in the house. If you have any problems in between when they come, they will come out and there is no charge. It's always the same person that comes out. 100% trustworthy.

They are friendly, make appointments and show up on time. They will come out between treatments if needed.

The company shows up annually as we have contracted and performs the service. I have no problems with the service or pests.
