Description of Work: They were extremely helpful when our air conditioner died this summer. It took a few days to install the new unit. To help alleviate the discomfort, they provided window fans to try and keep us as cool as possible until we were up and running again with our new unit. Their pricing was the most competitive and they were easy to work with.

Description of Work: John from Newcomb and Company came out to service my furnace for the winter. He was very kind and knowledgeable and since we just moved into our house, it was nice that he was able to share more information with me about the units. My only issue is that it takes a LONG time to schedule your annual service. They book up very quickly and I called in late September and their first available day was 11/30. That's a LONG time to wait.

Description of Work: We were impressed with the technicians who installed our new air conditioners and we love the improved air quality in our home. The only negative is the slow response by the salesperson when part of the services we contracted to have have completed were not initially completed at the time of installation. They were completed later but it took several reminders and prompts.
