Description of Work: He did the picture hanging and changed light bulbs that I asked him to do efficiently and quickly. He put together a shelf I purchased but it did not fit the space so he had to take it apart again. He refused to put up a wall safety handle in the bathroom because it did not comply with "Universal standards". As the morning wore on he seemed to become frustrated and complained that he was not making much money doing the Angie's Big Deals as he had to travel a long way. He asked me to make sure I had a long list of jobs before I called him again to make sure it would be worth his while to come all the way to Chapel Hill.

Description of Work: Nelson couldn't complete the job even though he did hang a mirror; both agreed it would be better to have our money returned. Nice man though!!

Description of Work: I had them hang pictures and put up curtain rods. They were very precise in doing their work, making sure that the pictures were where I wanted them. Also did a great job with the curtain rods.I would definitely hire them again.

Description of Work: The fault may be with Angi's team. I bought a big deal, nelcon called to say I was out of the zone. I got a runaround trying to get a refund.

Description of Work: Company sent message simply stating: "I decline your offer." I then asked for reason, thinking that perhaps they might be able to do some of the work I had in mind, or that there might be something else I could change that would meet their needs. The only reply was "I do not wish to answer your question". I found both non-answers from the company rude. I am also disappointed that it may take 30 days to receive a refund for services that were refused.

Description of Work: Nelson was very knowledgeable and educated us regarding our project ( replace some fascia boards on house). However, he felt he wasn't the right person for the job and guided us toward other options.
