Description of Work: They did a good job on one job. The second time i hired them he didn't come. I waited awhile, then called, he told me he forgot it.

Description of Work: I scheduled an appt. to install a dishwasher water inlet valve and hang 2 ceiling fans. I was very pleased with the ceiling fan installation but he told me the dishwasher part was incorrect and he would return to install the part after I got the correct one. Long story short, the part was correct after all. I called him to reschedule and after leaving many voice messages and emails,, he will not respond. So I am left feeling disappointed. |I

Description of Work: Showed no interest in the jobs. Gave him 2 choices. said he didnt do rentals even though others didn't mind. It is a very nice rental. Turned down a iron board in wall unit installation in my home.

Description of Work: Nelson was great to work with. He was very professional,punctual,and did a great job installing my fence. I would highly recommend to anyone and would hire him again.

Description of Work: Never showed up. Called x 6 and emailed x6. Finally reached him on 4/30. Claimed to have gone to the wrong address but did not try to call me to see where he should go. When I asked why he never answered me back he stated that he had had a bad week. Since I have been there I said I understood but that he should have at least called me back to explain. He then went on and on about his fears of getting a bad review and that it could negatively affect his business. I told him I have never even given a review ( sorry Angie, my bad) and I just wanted the work done. He would not agree to do the work. Felt that I was not in a positive state of mind. He then hung up on me. I called Angie and had a credit applied to my account so I am grateful for that and a very nice young lady named Danielle helped me to find another service provider. I have no idea how his work would have one, but I have real concerns for a business who can't admit when they are wrong and won't even entertain the idea of trying to make a bad situation better.

Description of Work: I showed Mr. Nelcon the grouting around the tub and shower in the bathroom and area on the wall in the kitchen that needed plaster and sanding. He said he could not do the job. It would be to complicated. Never found out what he is able to do.

Description of Work: I really don't recall I know I want to Stonewood done woodwork done but I was unable to get the wood but he still got his payment but I didn't get the job done so that's it

Description of Work: I had him hang a pot rack, 2 light fixtures, several large mirrors and pictures, curtain racks and a cabinet. He quickly moved from one task to another and he did a perfect job with each task.
