Description of Work: I purchased a Groupon deal for an inspection and cleaning of my chimney. I had Mr.Smokestack do a cleaning when I moved into my home in 2013, and they did a thorough job of cleaning at that time. I was pleased to know that I would receive that kind of service, at a discount! |The employee was on time in the window they gave me, was polite, friendly, did his job, and gave me an honest opinion about my chimney without being heavy on the sales. This is what I have come to expect from their company. Also, the folks who do the scheduling were polite and worked with me to find a date, even though I had a schedule change and needed to change the first appointment I made. I highly recommend this company.

It went great!
Description of Work: They were extremely professional yet kind and warm. Today Dominique and Tim came to replace the chimney cap. They took pictures to show job well done and, in fact it was. I had another concern and Dominique went the extra mile and above and beyond to address my concerns. He also took pictures so he could address these concerns of mine to the company. So far my husband and I are well pleased with the work and overall professionalism of Mr Smokestack. We would not hesitate to refer them to others.

We came out to replace your chase cover with a new 18 gauge galvanize chase cover which has a cross brake to prevent water from collecting on top of your chase cover, along with a drip edge that diverts water from your chase. You will also be receiving before and after photos attached to your invoice from the office for your records.
