Description of Work: |Replaced Chimney cap and repaired stucco chimney chase, which was damaged by woodpeckers. They did a lot no other chimney company wanted to do. Height of the chimney was the issue. House is 3 stories in the back and chimney extends 20 feet above roofline.

These guys were just great, professional all the way. Great concern for customer satisfaction, going above and beyond our expectations. Description of Work: This company provided the service at a discount through Angie's List. | |The technician arrived at the appointed time, explained the process thoroughly, and proceeded to clean and inspect the chimney flue. He was very professional and friendly during the visit, and made virtually no mess in doing the job. He cleaned from the fireplace inside and the top of the chimney outside. | |He then did an inspection by lowering a camera through the flue to show some minor cracking that will need to be addressed within the next few years. I was impressed that he did not overstate the problem in hopes of pressuring me to make immediate repairs. Since our budget is a little tight this year, I appreciate his honesty and will definitely give Mr. Smokestack an opportunity to quote on repairs next year.
