Good Morning [Member Name Removed] We appreciate you sharing your thoughts; however, stating we aren't interested simply is not true. At this time we service gas log fireplaces by providing a gas log tune-up; however, we do not replace parts on gas fireplaces or work on all enclosed or ventless gas logs. All of our technicians are getting gas training this week actually, but until they have proper training we do not want to send someone to your home working on your gas fireplace if they are not trained in gas. It could potentially be dangerous. We will be servicing and repairing gas fireplaces come the start of 2019 because we are actually very interested in providing services for all customers. If you decide you would like to schedule, feel free to give our office a call. Otherwise you can go to the website CSIA.org ( Chimney Safety Institute of America) plug in your zip code and a list of certified chimney companies in your area shall appear. Professional guys!
Description of Work: I used the coupon for cleaning and assessment of Chimney. I was very happy with the service provided and the detailed report with pictures of the chimney and the roof. It was recommended to have a few things repaired and I wish they had these items on the truck to do them then but I need to make a follow up appointment.

Description of Work: chimney sweeping and inspection The gentleman took photos and showed us exactly where the bricks were cracked, and how many need to be replaced. We are considering having the work done but we haven't decided when. It is an expensive project.
