Description of Work: The team arrived on time and thoroughly swept and inspected our chimney. They left the hearth cleaner than they found it and I never would have known they were here if I had not been home. The inspection revealed some troubling problems with our chimney. Our home is over 40 years old and did not have a chimney cap until we put one on 7 years ago when we moved in. The team showed me the issues with the live video. They also sent me a very detailed report (with pictures) and an estimate of the cost to repair the damage. The owner called me the next morning to ensure I was satisfied with the work that had been done.

Description of Work: Rep came on time and did a thorough job cleaning the chimney and firebox. Rep was very informative and helpful showing me many pictures of the chimney and flue from all angles to illustrate what he was telling me about what repair work the chimney might need. They promptly sent me an em outlining what the individual repair costs were. Christopher was very competent and did not leave a trace of soot or ashes in the room or on the carpet when he finished. I was very satisfied and would recommend Christopher and Mr. Smokestack.

Description of Work: We had a thorough chimney inspection & many things were revealed via photo technology that were problematic, other than our known chimney leak. The cost total cost was more than we were planning on spending, but the company owners were very nice about breaking down the service into different segments. Our technician Gene,was professionally thorough, polite, and very personable.

Description of Work: Cleaned chimney, replaced chimney cover, repaired fireplace. |Service was done by owner and helper. Custom fit cover on top of chimney, fit was perfect, and has worked as expect. Owner was knowledgeable and very thorough. Room was left spotless!! Would highly recommend him. |

Description of Work: Great company. Had them do a chimney inspection and sweep after finding my chimney leaking. Identified a piece of flashing adjacent to the chimney which was exposed and allowing water to run down the chimney. Fixed the flashing and everything has been great since.
