I have been using them for about 2 years and their staff is very knowledgeable and courteous. They always offer us inside home treatments when pests are in season and where we should look for them. They take the time, if I have the time, to walk the perimeter with me and point out anything they see that might need special care. I will use them again in the future.

I have been very satisfied with the services and will use them again in the future.

I like how they go 30ft around the house to provide a protective barrier. They were very professional. They knew their own processes as well as the competitions. They also sprayed around my sons playhouse.

At one time their person had knocked at my door and I thought he was pleasant. It sounded like a good idea to do the pest control service and I did it. I’m pleased with their customer service and professionalism of the people that had come out. I paid them $100 every quarter. I would use them again in the future.

They came door to door, and I don't normally hire people like that but they had a good discount since they were in the area. They were on time, they were clean, and wore booties in the home. From an organizational standpoint they were right on.They call to set up appointments and they call before they arrive. I can call them out any time if I see any pests and they will be out the nest day at no extra. They are very friendly and asked for feedback. They sent 3 technicians to do the work. They seem to do a very comprehensive job.

.They are very polite and thorough. And as soon as they were done we didn't have any problems with ants anymore. They did what they said they were gong to do and they were polite about it and their prices was reasonable.

They'll come out whenever I need them.

They are very different in how they operate but we like them. So far so good. Everytime it gets really wet we have ants that come into our house. It seems to be relatively common that it happens in North Carolina. They sprayed the exterior house and put down bait stations to kill roaches and ants. They also interrupt their reproductive cycle, it's very interesting. When they come back they will seal the house. The technicians were extremely knowledgeable and friendly. I went through the trouble of reporting them on one of the business websites because they were so good. The first visit was $29 and then we will pay $99 for each of the next three visits. Anytime in between if we have any problems we can call them and they will come and do anything we need for free. Since they've been here we've found two dead german roaches. We did have a few ants coming in but that's not happening any more. Someone from the company called while the techs were here so I asked her to call back. They did and they wanted to make sure everything went according to their plan and it did. Very impressive thus far.

They come four times a year. I have a contract with them. They came out right away to get rid of the red ants.

I pay $99 quarterly for them to come out. If at anytime I see pests, they will come back and respray for no charge. I didn't do any price matching with them, so I can't really compare them. I would use them again in the future.

I think they provide good service and always come out when you call them. I do not think they are cheap, but do get the service I pay for. My only complaint is that ants do reappear after they have come to spray.

I am never home when they come spray my yard. I haven't compared their prices. They came to my door and I told them to do it. They call before they come out. They always ask me if they need to spray inside. It does not cost extra to have them spray inside. They go around the house and knock down the cobwebs and spider webs. They will go in the garage if I have issues. They will leave sticky things if I have problems in the garage and they will clean and spray it as well. They are really good and they are very thorough. They always stick a little sign in the yard to say they were here. They gave me a bundled deal when I hired them and I paid them upfront for the whole year. It was under $600. It was a good price. They spray the whole yard for bugs. They have a support number if there is something that I don't like and they will make it right. They are very professional.

They come to my home every three months to provide extermination services. They are very responsive and punctual.

They are friendly and very thorough. Very quick to respond if I need them to come out on short notice. Very nice on the phone. Never had any bug problems since we started using them.
