Description of Work: quarterly bug spraying outside house and gave me requested moth traps (moths come from wild bird seed bags)

Description of Work: I had to repeatedly call them back for fire ants. I had a credit card on file, but for some reason they didn't use it one month so it looked like I didn't pay the bill. It was on auto pay. I got 3 emails and 2 phone calls in one day. Never did they send a bill etc. I have canceled the service.

Description of Work: I have a quarterly contract with the company to create a barrier around the house Also, they spray a barrier at the doors and the walls in the garage. It takes about 15 minutes to complete the work. It seems a bit pricey to me as we do not have them spray or granulate in the shrubs and or yard so their work and time is cut in half or more.

Description of Work: The tech did a great job explaining all of the chemicals used and what his plan of attack was. |He exceeded my expectations of the services that was going to be performed and was very professional.

Description of Work: I'll never know how good the service is because I could not get past the salesman's aggressive pitch. Despite having recently signed with another provider, the salesman refused to take no for an answer and tried to convince me to pay the $75 fee to cancel my current contract. He also pointed out how inferior the treatment by the company I use is even though I told him I specifically did NOT want my entire yard treated due to concern for my dog's health. He then told me "Good luck!" rather snidely as he finally walked off. A word of advice: If you are going to do cold sales -- whether neighbors are using your services or not -- be gracious, patient and learn when your offering is simply not wanted. This is why i NEVER do business with companies that solicit me. I always do much better finding a company on my own; I have NEVER been happy with a company that came to me.

Description of Work: I use Moxie Pest Control. We have a scheduled quarterly service; they were out in March. Our annual contract costs $300. Any time we see ants or that type of thing they come out gratis and take care of it; it’s preventive extermination.
