Description of Work: First, my heart-felt apologies to Tim and Natalie for reacting before the facts were clear at my home. My husband and I did not fully understand how Tim operates his business. My husband and I became impatient during the repair process which was compounded by the in ability of electronic communication. We were not able to speak to Tim for three days, to clarify the procedure. Additionally, a part had to be ordered and we discovered that AFTER this review was submitted. This correction is an attempt to repair the damage we caused, Tim, I am sorry.

Description of Work: Showed up on time. Fixed two mowers one of which was a riding mower. Neither had been running. Sharpened blades, installed a new battery, did a complete tune up, put in new spark plugs,tightened belts etc. |I am very happy with results. I had already called another guy three times but he didn't get back to me. When he finally did he thought that I was a new caller (not realizing that I was the one that had already called him three times). He wanted me to send him an email with my name, phone number and type of lawn mower which I had already done two weeks earlier. The company that I used (Mobile Lawnmower Medic) got back to me the same day and scheduled an appointment for the following week. He showed up on time and did a great job. Very professional. Well equipped van. Knows his business.

 + -1 moreI made the appointment a few days before the actual service. MLM performed the service at my house while I was at work. They left me an invoice attached to the lawnmower. The mower appeared to have been serviced well and they left it cleaner than I left it for them. I sent them a check in the mail to pay for the service. Even though it was more expensive than taking my mower into a shop, the convenience of not having to load it up into my vehicle and the quick turn around time makes it worth the extra cost.
Description of Work: Provided seasonal tuneup for gas pushmower including sharpen blade, change oil, clean air filter, check spark plugs, etc.

 + -1 moreFantastic! Wonderful! Tim was very friendly and professional. He had both mowers fixed within 45 minutes! He listened as I explained the problems with each mower. And he showed me the work he did and what wasn't working properly. He even showed me how to fix the problem myself if it happens again! The price for the repair of both mowers was less than I was quoted for just the diagnostics at another repair shop (when I would have to lug them in). If I could give Mobile Lawnmower Medic higher than an A, I would!
Description of Work: I had two lawnmowers that weren't starting (one old one and one I'd just bought a couple of months ago). I'd called Mobile Lawnmower Medic to have someone figure out why they weren't working and hopefully be able to fix them both. I chose the mobile service because who wants to load dirty, gas-filled mowers into their car??? I'd checked the oil, air filter, spark plugs and the gas was new.

Mobile Mower Techs offers the following services: Mobile Mower Techs' express service package includes everything that most manufacturers recommend in their 50 hour internal maintenance schedule such as oil change and oil filter replacement, blade sharpening and balancing, replacement spark plug(s), battery testing, front axle and spindle greasing, and tire inflation. We service push, or walk-behind, riding and commercial zero turn mowers. Commercial mowers may require additional maintenance. MMT also offers a wide variety of on-site lawn mower repair services. We can handle almost any type of repair including deck and drive belt replacement, cable replacement, tire repair and replacement, carburetors, pull cords, spindles and bearings, alternators, voltage regulators, solenoids, electrical issues and fuel supply issues. Most of these issues can be diagnosed over the phone or email, which enables us to provide you with an initial estimate and saves you from paying additional service call fees and most importantly an unnecessary wait time.
