Serving the Triangle and all of North Carolina since 1973...Commercial - Residential - Industrial and Automotive. We Sell/Rekey/Repair/Install all Locks including padlocks. We are an Authorized Medeco High Security Lock Center, Arrow and Assa Service Center. Our services include Access Control,Rekey Locks, Duplicate Keys including Transponder Keys for automobiles. We also make from key code and duplicate just about any key you can image including but not limited to Atv's, Rv's, Motorcycles, Boats, Lawn Mowers, Desk and File Cabinets. Most major Safe brands are sold, serviced and opened. We install exit and panic alarms. We do have a lockout service for homes and automobiles. All services are 24/7..

Description of Work: We needed keys for an old building that hadn't had keys for years. All of the locks were keyed for one key, so we really wanted to have keys made for the existing lock(s) rather than rekeying all of the locks. The locksmiths at Marshall's were excellent, quick and professional. Since then, we have used them twice on other key and lock issues. Best experience with a locksmith I have ever had!

Description of Work: Changed two locks. They had to find locksets that would work with thin old doors and look like what we wanted. The sets were slow to come in, but Marshall's was quick to install once they could. The work looks clean and the doors are now far easier to deal with.

Description of Work: Marshall Lock Service provided a new keypad deadbolt lock for my front door and took the time to be sure I knew how to use it. It replaces a clumsy and obvious lockbox that I had used for guests. Now I can have a guest password and my own password.

Description of Work: Due to theft of keys, we had to re-key all the locks in our house and one of our cars. We took the locks to their facility and they re-keyed them all at a very reasonable price. We took the car to them too. It is an older model and the technician ran into some unexpected problems, but he stuck with it until he got everything worked out. These folks are great. Very competent at what they do and are very customer focused. I would recommend them to anyone needing locksmith services.

MY DAUGHTER BROKE HER KEY OFF IN THE LOCK OF HER CAR. THEY WERE VERY PROMPT AND WITHIN 20 MINUTES THEY WERE OUT AT THE HOUSE. THEY GOT HER DOOR OPEN AND GOT US A NEW KEY RIGHT AWAY.
