We certainly regret any damage that was caused in the course of providing service. This service took place almost 3 months ago and we don't recall the 2nd item that was damaged. One of the items was a vanity light fixture that simply came apart in our employee's hand when they were dusting. In the opinion of the craftsman who performed the repair, the joint was never fitted correctly when the light was manufactured and solder was the only thing holding the weight bearing joint it together. He classified it as a manufacturing defect. In order to perform the repair, the receiving joint required reaming to fully fit the metal pieces together to form a solid joint which could then be soldered. It was necessary to remove the fixture from the home to perform a repair. The timing of the repair brought us into the holiday season and there was a delay in finding a craftsman capable of performing the work. We regret any inconvenience this may have caused. However, the fixture was professionally repaired to the original condition.

It went well.
Description of Work: Maid Brigade cleaned our house before we moved in. They dusted built-ins and cabinets. Vacuumed carpets and washed floors. They did a good job. I was having painting done the same day. They were not able to do all the rooms as well as others, so they came back the next day and cleaned some areas again for no charge.

They have been cleaning my home for about 5 months. The owner of the company is very responsive to feedback. Overall, they do a good job. If there is something that is missed or not up to my satisfaction it is addressed by the owner. The cleaning staff is always friendly and respectful. Communication is very easy with both the owner and the staff.

They have been fine and they have done a move out cleaning in 2 houses for me. They vacuumed the house and then cleaned the bathrooms along with the sinks and faucets in the kitchen. They also cleaned the floors in the bathrooms as well as the kitchen. The job went on very well, as they did everything that I asked them to do. I would highly recommend them to others.

They were punctual. The house was clean. I was satisfied because of what they did. The only thing was they couldn't finish up everything, probably because he gave me an estimate based on square footage without looking at the house. There were a lot of nook that they didn't anticipate on cleaning. He did stay to his original estimate.

They do what ever you ask of them. Something?s are apart of the regular cleanings, others you have to go through the office for approval. Their prices are reasonable. They use green products. They do not use feather dusters they pick the dust up.

We contacted the company on a Tuesday and had service in our home on the following Friday. The staff arrived at 8:20 AM and worked for four hours to complete the job. When the staff were about to exceed the original estimate for the service the owner contacted me by phone regarding whether to continue.
Description of Work: Maid Brigade came to our home and did an "initial deep cleaning". The service included kitchen, bedroom, bathrooms, living and dining areas. We were pleased with the results.
